Service is very fast but unfortunately comes at a cost ?- Food tasty but burgers cold (take away so couldn’t return)- Fries for three meals all out if their little bags and mixed up so had to be put back into bags by hand ?- Drinks (x3) were served in the same Pepsi cups and as they looked the same a cross-tasting had to be done so everyone got what they orderedWill avoid KFC whenever possible(Ruislip High Street branch)

I ordered a family feast of 10 pieces of chicken for£ 24.00.6 out of my 10 pieces.So I wanted to speak with Manager and walked to the serving area.Staff said the manager would come and I could see and hear him talking to his mother langue to his staff but refused to come out and I waited for him over 5 minutes. would come but he hide over 5 minutes.I felt like he know why I wanted to see him for.When he came, he did not apologised nor understood what was my point and he said all our chicken pieces delivered everyday are Legs and thighs.When I asked to have his name so I can complaint to headoffice he refuse to give me his name and show me attitute.I had to explain that if you had nothing to do with it as your delivery is mostly chicken legs than why are you angry and behaving this way with me.I am very disappointed with his behaviour.I believe , this is a way to ripping the public out of our money.There is no way 6 piece legs and 4 tights could be £24.00I will never go this branch again as I am sure the manager who's called (Yoga ) and his team are chatting and they are very rude.I live in Ruislip and it is a shame KFC chatting their customers.

Wife fancied a bit of KFC since we've not had it in a while and although the food was "okay", I could not believe how horribly overpriced it was. I know everything has gone up, but KFC has taken the piss. £44 for 3 meals and a large pop corn on the side. That's extortionate. Definitely won't be ordering KFC for a LONG while. Certainly not worth that considering the quality ain't that great. What happened to KFC? Used to be so good and very affordable.

Unfriendly staff, politely asked for no drumsticks in bucket as previously given 4 out of 6 on previous visit- but told I would get 3 as short supply of other pieces..unless I purchased drinks!! Got refund and left- not being forced to buy drinks to ensure half the bucket aren’t drumsticks.

Waited 30 minutes for my order and they still had to substitute my chicken for wings. It's KFC, how do they run out of chicken?!? Absolutely horrible customer service. I'm sure they have all the chicken to the delivery order as we were the only ones eating in the restaurant. The manager was so rude and could care less. Horrible customer service!!!

Soggy chips that tasted disgusting. Old oil that had gone strangely fishy. Straight in the bin. The kitchen was a bomb site. The lady trying to clear up was pushing all the food debris onto the floor with a piece of blue tissue that she then left on top of the clean packaging in the food prep area. She emptied the bins then went back to sorting the food bags without washing her hands. Avoid!

AVOID AT ALL COST! They close at midnight on a Monday I ordered through Deliveroo at 23:20 plenty of time considering they stop taking orders at 23:45 through the app my total came to £30 they confirmed my order took my money then said estimated delivery time would be 4:20AM ! It then cut out kicked me off the app kept my money went through Deliveroo and was told it’s a restaurant issue contacted them and they said it’s not our problem and we can’t give out a refund so tomorrow I will be walking in there and taking whatever I like to compensate as no one wants to help DO NOT USE THIS KFC THEY ARE A SCAM !

I had my order in 6 minutes, and we ate in ,after a hot ,busy day.Lovely and cool room and toilets. The family bucket was nice and my doughter enjoyed with hot corn .Kid-friendliness: A lady staff was there to help and she was lovely

I’ve used the self-ordering machine, selected the table service option just to wake up with a guy yelling at me: “Your order is here, come and pick it up”. He “bothered” coming to my table just to tell me to pick my order up rather actually serving the order to my table as I was expecting to. Surreal.

This kfc is just awful and no better since refurbishing how do you only have leg pieces of chicken and nothing else make it make sense chips oily chicken not cooked properly and hey trying to make you use the screens so they don’t have to confess they only have legs who on earth would want 3 Marga leg pieces staff also stood for 5 minutes 2 customers standing in front of the till no acknowledgement staff in the back eating by the food 5 of them in the back and they act like they can’t see customers avoid

I don’t recommend anyone to visit the shopFrom the manager to workers they are rude and will charge you for what you didn’t get plus you ask something and they will give what they want and pretend didn’t understand English. Embarrassing
