Went with family for a Diwali party. The organisers had booked the entire restaurant for the evening. Good venue, comfortable seating. Very limited parking at the premises but plenty of street parking just opposite.Excellent starters, okay mains. Very good service - buffet was constantly replenished, and the gents behind the bar did very well to keep up with the constant demand for drinks.

We usually enjoy trying out new eateries, which is why we came to The arth Ruislip. We placed an order for a mixed platter of vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetisers. It was much better than I had anticipated. Their dessert is quite delicious. Strongly advised for those who failed the Indian test.

This place is really nice. Organised several Diwali parties for us and birthdays. We frequent this restaurant after our badminton sessions. The food and service is really good.

The food was amazing no doubt about that. The starters especially. However, its incredibly overpriced. Ordered double vodka with lemonade and got charged £15!!! Never got this charged in central london either. We ordered Paneer Makhani from kids menu (£8.95) and got charger full price from main menu (£10.95). The service, the guys were humble no doubt but i had to get up 4 times to ask for someone to take order. We ordered kids ice-cream together with mains but had to remind them ice-cream isnt made hot so that should easily be available. When I reminded, we got vanilla whereas we ordered chocolate! My advice to management - its 3-6 months old restaurant, you are charging premium food in Harrow ( not central london) which to me is not good. You need to review your prices and charge reasonable to customers.

Went to this place in the middle of week and tried veg starter platter, from indo chinese menu chicken lollipop..Both dishes very tasty, really good quality, good quantity and aromatic. There are very few restaurants that I have liked the indo chinese menu and this one is one of them. From the drinks menu we tries Aperol spritz, delhi belly, mumbai margarita- loveddddd all the drinks so that’s a must try!!!In the veg platter - we tried corn spinach nuggets, dahi kebabs, Tandoori paneer and Soya chaap. Also special appreciation for servers- very nice and humble staff who give good suggestions and definitely know their menu.

Drinks are all very expensive and overpriced.... Starter is expensive as a main course. Portions are small. For example the butter chicken had more curry sauce and only four small pieces of chicken. On a recent visit, one of the owners came over to talk and even though I told him I fancy having a few more drinks before ordering he insisted over three times to order, so I decided I wouldn't have any more alcohol as I don't enjoy drinking and eating together. Eventually I did order food but it felt pressured and when I left I was not happy with the rushed and pressured approach. In fact I did not like the experience and I will not go back again. He made me feel he was desperate for money. In fact he would have made more money if I had a few more drinks.Just to give you an idea, I normally pay 40 pounds for a 1.5 beers, a starter and a main course. It's not cheap for a pub turned into an Indian. It's not worth it but it's a quiet location and never ever full even on the DJ nights. There is nothing special about it.

I paid £10 for a SINGLE shot of Woodford Reserve from this place. An absolute bump of a place. This establishment is on the ropes. No wonder nobody goes here no more. Absolutely poor. Never going back here again. It used to be half decent with decent food. I don’t leave reviews usually but I made an exception with Masala and Coal..

Beverages are very expensive. Food is reasonable priced. Tried the butter chicken and tandoori roti and it was amazing on that particular day.

Delicious food, generous portion sizes, the service was IMPECCABLE - they were so kind and attentive. The friendly staff let us enjoy our evening and not rush us out.The DJ was phenomenal. Wonderful atmosphere. We'll definitely be returning.

Cannot speak more highly of this place. I have been here on a number of occasions, both before and after the recent change of management. Prior to the change it was great venue with really good food and a relaxed ambience for dinner, with the additional benefit of a great DJ at weekends. Staff were always accommodating and attentive to our needs. I didn't think the place could get better. HOWEVER, since the recent change in management, it has been elevated to a different level. On a recent visit, the food was simply the best we have ever had there and trumps most of other local venues for flavours and value for money. The chef and team really know what they're doing. The staff are all really invested in making sure you have a great time and I see this place going from strength to strength. Will definitely continue to be a regular here, despite the 40 minute drive from my house!!

Visited the place today and seen with whole new energy of new team. Specially recommend to try food there as chef Surender with bunch of expertise in star international hospitality kitchen lead. And even sauces were made by kitchen not like other restaurants, so aromatic and umami. Must visit….

Great addition to this area of Ruislip in 2019 when we first visited, went again more recently in 2022, still good. Great for a date, a group or party. The veggie plate is tasty.Excellent range of cocktails and the 2 for 1 on some of these between 5 and 7pm is great. The presentation of these cocktails is really excellent and the flaming Don Joe's Zombie was great fun and a tasty option for rum lovers. The food is excellent- creamy well spiced dishes, soft paneer, fish and succulent chicken from proper Indian chefs who came out of the kitchen to check in with you, nice personal touch. Perfect range of food and drinks options at reasonable prices. The restaurant is generally busy which is a good sign. The dishes were well presented in stylish crockery and metalware. Lively, friendly atmosphere.

Portion sizes are very big and quite good flavors. Good when some sports are on. Can be on the pricier side though.

Shocking how this once great place has fallen. Food is still decent but that’s the only positive. Management change has led to chaos and disorientation. If you book for a large group you will be required to place a deposit via Bank transfer, not conventional as usually it’s by credit card. Good luck trying to get this back as they won’t take it off your bill. At the bar there is no facility to start a tab so you have to buy drinks as you go along. They do offer table service but this can take 30-45 mins per round. As I mentioned getting the deposit back took many phone calls and an actual visit. After many lies and stalling tactics it became apparent that we were not the only one who hadn’t had their deposit paid back. There was a list! DJ and music make up for the terrible service but they don’t like playing Bhangra as it invokes violence! Final words: tread carefully especially if you have to pay a deposit. Try everywhere else first.
