(Edit: They said to get in contact but they haven't gotten back to me at all, just for show) Terrible experience at this Nando’s. We arrived as a group of 15 at 8:30pm to an empty restaurant, only to find many items sold out. When I politely asked why, a staff member rudely told me to “check online before coming.” I replied that it's not normal to check online for sold-out items before entering a restaurant, and was then told not to raise my voice — even though I was speaking calmly.
Despite placing a large order with what was available, they failed to mention more items were unavailable, so several dishes arrived incomplete (with no refund offered). Midway through the meal, the manager, Hassan, called us a “nuisance” and asked us to leave. It was clear they simply didn’t want to serve us as we were the only table left and had already paid (around £300!). Extremely rude staff and poor service — avoid this branch.

With deep regret and disappointment, I’m writing this review to share my experience.
I recently ordered the Chicken Butterfly at Nando’s, which was described on the menu as “two chicken breast joints with crispy skin.” However, what I received was far from what was advertised — the portion and quality were shocking.
At £16.20 including two sides, this felt like a complete rip-off. The chicken did not match the menu description in taste, texture, or appearance.
I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering this dish — you may end up feeling let down, as I did.

Its nandos, no one can touch nandos it slaps everywhere. Although the wings at the Westway branch slapped a little more. Maybe the wings person was a little sad that day but hope he or she is better now. Keep it saucy. Also calm down with the price increases please, nandos, yours faithfully, someone whose salary isn’t increasing at the same rate
Great chicken, great staff, speedy service
Welcoming staff, clean small- medium sized branch offering outdoor seating. Loads of free customer parking too. Food was great ?

I had meals last Sunday evening with my friends customer service was really bad , very rude I will never go back this place , very rude customer service,
Went here on Sunday 22nd June at 8.45 to treat all my staff ( Staff from local pub in Eastcote) for their whole year of hard work, and it got ruined by the manager on duty named Hassan. Absolute zero on the name of customer service. They had most of the items on menu not available, the member of staff on till told me to check the stock online before you visit.....who does that ? well we still ordered whatever was available. Food came within no time, 10 minutes later Hassan dumped the cake which we bought for someones birthday, he banged that on our table didn't even take it out of box, no candles lightened and of course no knife to cut it. When we complained then he accused us that we are raising the voice ? I think cctv needs to be checked to see who was raising the voice. Hassan super rude and ruined our whole evening by telling us to leave didn't even let us finish the food which we paid for. What a shame we regretted our visit ?% nothing positive
The three of us had an excellent experience this evening. Good food - very cheerful and helpful service from Sanni - he was brilliant. Thoroughly recommend this branch, and will be returning.
I visited Nando’s South Ruislip today for my daughters birthday meal we turned up last minute for a table of 7 and Joseph accommodated us straight away he was more than happy to help I explained that we were waiting for a few others to arrive and he said no problem and he would have our table ready for us when they arrived and true to his word the table was cleaned and ready as soon as we walked in the door we was very friendly and approachable and stated if there was anything else I needed he would be happy to help
My son is autistic as am I and we both suffer with noise sensitivity which basically means loud noises can be unbearable and uncomfortable I explained to him that my son who is 6 was finding the music very unbearable as it was quite loud he immediately got the music turned down to a reasonable level and offered to move us to a booth/quieter table he was amazing and never in my life have I had such a great service in a Nando’s before and I visit many Nando’s restaurants on a regular basis
He went above and beyond for me and my party and I could not be more grateful as a company u should be proud to have joseph as a employee and more Nando’s employees should follow in his foot steps if he is not managing his own Nando’s restaurant in the near future it would be a shame as he is a great asset to the Nando’s South Ruislip restaurant and Nando’s as a brand so many thanks joseph Florentino and thank you nandos Ruislip give this man a raise ?
We eneteres nandos and the music and atmosphere was great the lady automatically seated us at a table giving us a variety of tables to choose from she gave us a menu . We went to the till and ordered peri peri chips which were absolutely phenomenal and left me speechless we also ordered the chocolate fudge cake which came with a liquid which made the cake taste 1000 times better nandos even offered us a nandos card so when we come again they will give us free items woth the points we collect . We got drinks which were refillable and the lady was so generous and gave us free chips in the end I would totally recommend it for new people
