First time here and was pleasantly surprised at the range of breakfast on offer. However, my order was taken by a shorter gentleman who seemed to be tired and not in the best of moods. He advised that no swaps to the set meals were acceptable and explained that this was because of a new computer system and that each set breakfast was totally fixed. Based on other reviews, I thought that Picnic Cafe was more flexible than this - I was requesting a swap from bacon to a vegetarian item (I do not eat meat). Slightly disappointed on this front. Otherwise, food was good and served very efficiently. The taller man (younger, seems to be the head chef) was very friendly and so were the other members of staff (particularly the two ladies).Most people also got biscuits with their coffee/tea. This seems inconsistent as there were three of us and only one got a biscuit - and we ordered the same drink...When I went to pay, the man charged me (told me) one price and gave me change for another price. I queried this and then was told a different price altogether. Not sure what was going on but I feel like they could have done better as most other customers seem very happy.
