We have been coming here with our toddler for months and while we enjoy the food it is the staff that make us return. Big shout out to Anna-Louise who always goes the extra mile and puts a smile on our daughters face everytime.

I had my daughters birthday party @ Ruislip on the 27th Oct 23, all the children had special needs and Sonia, our waitress was absolutely amazing with them and their needs. She made the "party" go so easy. She looked after them (& us mums) really well and couldn't do enough for us.

Nice food. A long time was spent sorting out the bill when I had an app and some people in my group didn't have cash. The till didn't have a cash float. Only just enough room for all our group, a bit tight on space in the restaurant.

Most favourite Place to eat-out.Such a nice and cozy place (Ruislip branch). The staff are very friendly and helpful. And of course the taste of the food is always so great. I have been there for more than 20 times, but never had bad experience there. All the time food and services are so good. And that’s the thing attracts me more this place.
Delivery driver was waiting for 30 mins after they said food was ready. If its busy, just don't take the order. Goes without saying 1.5 hour later we received the cold food. Overpriced food for what you do get.

I do not think or can remember ever having a pizza as bad as I did today we had a £360 voucher and when the food arrived, it was dry hardly any topping and was and for ever will be the worst pizza I’ve ever had thank you pizza express for the disappointment, never again think before you buy from this pizza express in Ruislip High Street.
