Always happy to buy something from Wenzels, north west London's answer to you know who.Often it's just a coffee on a bike ride, but this purchase was for 'better than supermarket ' mince pies. Good pastry, dried fruit- rich filling, and a pleasing ratio between them. Easily acceptable as a Festive offering for a coffee invite from a mate.

Staff are so friendly and helpful in the Ruislip branch. The shop itself is spotlessly clean and if a regular, as I am, the staff already have your order on the go the minute you step in. Coffee is excellent value and sausage rolls delicious

This review in particular is for Wenzels in Woking we were delighted to begin with in the summer as it looks delightful. dare I say higher end from rival Greggs nearby. sadly it’s gone downhill since the friendliest Manageress Evelyn left. Shane friendly enough but fallen short on tidiness cleanliness in the shop; crumbs all over floors and no Bins in sight. recently the one who serves us, clueless on the difference bet Americano and white Americano. it’s only minor stuff but if you can’t trained your staff on items; then il rest my case.

consistently terrible service here, constantly not packing/forgetting full orders in uber eats deliveries and refusing to refund (WHY AM I ALWAYS HAVING TO PAY FOR FOOD THAT DOESNT ARRIVE?) nevermind trying to call the store to fix the issue - they will tell bold-faced lies and give you 0 support. absolute mongs working here. used to order multiple times a week but it is finally getting too much, will never order from this scam-factory ever again. would rate 0/5 if possible.

Best wenzels around, staff are friendly and competent. Usually go in half the time and get delivered other half. When I get it delivered they always get orders correct following all notes and communicate well if they have not got something in stock.

I go to this bakery often for sandwiches and although I have never purchased their bread, I have always thought it smelt and looked great.The sandwiches always taste fresh and look delicious. My personal favourites are the egg, cress and tomato baguette; the chicken and bacon baguette. I would always recommend getting these on brown as it's not only healthier, but to me the bread is softer. You can always top these off with a meal deal, you can choose a drink and/or doughnut.As far as I'm aware if you have any dietary requirements or there is a sandwich out of stock, they are normally willing to make one fresh (depending on how busy they are).

I normally avoid Wenzels because i feel its a bit over priced for whats on offer. Had a pack of donuts… better than basic supermarket ones but could have been better, and some retro coconut cheesecakes which smelt of stale fat and were a little dry. I won’t be rushing back.

I love Wenzel’s but time to time happens that I order a Tomato and Pesto Panini and there is NO PESTO at all. It would be nice if you will keep better eye on this especially with Delivery orders. I know it can happen to anyone but it happened to me couple of times so I think it is something that you should improve.
