It's a nice restaurant. Service was good. Did was OK. Calamari fritters were a bit chewy. May be not cooked properly. Otherwise, all

Lovely meal - had the lunch menu of 2 courses and both were extremely generous. I wasn't able to finish. Staff very friendly. Still friendly staff. Had lunch from the specials and it was delicious. I come here for lunch with a friend every few months - never disappointed.

I LOVE this restaurant!!I have been to Zaza many times over the years and the quality of food, service and atmosphere has always been amazing. I usually order the Crab and Prawn Linguine and Calamari for starters and it's all cooked and presented very well. The portions are perfect, the atmosphere is cosy and it has very aesthetically pleasing decor. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Always a winner at Zaza. For a ‘chain’ of restaurants they really do exceed expectation. Obviously the food is lovely and the menu has something for every one, however the staff make the place. It was my daughter’s birthday and they made the occasion very special, also accommodating my 91 year old mother. I was only so sad to hear that they have no Xmas staff party this year; a sorry mistake by the management in my opinion ?

Booked for a birthday dinner, the food was delicious, great service especially from one of the waiters hazel who took time to aid us choosing our meals. Overall and amazing experience.

We have visited ZaZa ruislip many times over the years. We have always enjoyed our meal and the service is brilliant. A special mention to Andre who has always made us feel welcome and rembered us after a couple of visits. Any family birthday we have we usually spend at ZaZa as the service is great ??????

Been going to Zaza for at least 15 years … Andre one of the waiters needs to learn how to converse … very rude … had some wine to finish when restaurant downstairs had one table of two with a table of 4 waiting for our table … upstairs empty and most of downstairs … wanted us literally to just leave without finishing our drink and after spending £200 on lunch … 15 years of coming here under different managements … I come from a family of west London publican would never treat our clientele this way … oh and the management a lot to be desired!!!!!

Cozy and beautiful place for tasty and fresh Italian food! Lively atmosphere with locals around. Polite and friendly staff, managed to get a nice table without booking even though it was busy!

Love eating here! ? fresh and great tasting food! Love the inside, the building has so much character! Great choice for vegetarians too! I do have my staple favourites though! Also so basic but the fries are really good!Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options which are spot on! In most restaurants the veggies get overlooked and the food is underwhelming, however not the case at Zaza! Ricotta ravioli always has a great flavour!

I feel like they weren’t as accommodating if you come with young children. The waitress appears quite grumpy.I ordered the salad which severely lacked seasoning. My partners food was very good though. I’d return for the food, but the service needs to improve imo.

Food was up to the usual high standards.Tried to keep it relatively healthy,so went for bruschetta to start and fettucine giardino with a side salad for main course.Slightly disappointed that I only got one piece of bread in the bruschetta, which is a new development as they usually serve two pieces. Not to worry,as the yumminess and generous portion size of the rest of the meal made up for any slight disappointment.Would highly recommend the rose lemonade aswell.Never had it before but it had a lovely aromatic and not too sweet taste and I would definitely have it again on my next trip. The dessert menu looked delightful but as I said was trying to be good and managed to resist.Zara is definitely a place to visit in Ruislip if you are looking for good quality,ample-sized Italian fare at a reasonable price.

Good overall. The starters were nice as was the wine, the pizza I ordered was delicious and authentically Italian.I just feel that it was a little overpriced for what it was, which is why I give it 4/5.

Met for a meal with friends. Have visited on numerous occasions and the food is always delicious. One of our party had various allergies and the staff took time to explain the ingredients and the chef adjusted the dish to make sure it was ok for her.
