Was extremely messy, dirty, unclean. Waited a very long time for the order, there was no ice for drinks, layout is not user friendly, nor do they have toilets on site, you have to find the ones inside the mall.Looks outdated, and dark, won't return unfortunately.

Always have a lovely service at 9pm an hour before they about to shut up. Very friendly staff. Was just such a shame to see them freezing to death, as the drive through window was open and they were jogging on the spot to keep warm.

Horrible experience!!! Buns were stale and hamburger meat was dry with scraps of lettuce. Fries were cold. Drinks flat. My family was very upset, especially when we were told we could not dine in. We had to take our food to go. We were out raged we could not eat up stairs and their were people up there eating!!! Horrible service! Horrible food! My family will never eat there again!

Dirty place, slow service, staff rude and weird. So many mistakes with our order. The person putting the burgers together looked like a drunk zombie and was sweating over the food. Gross!!

I often go in and walk out of this Burger King. The closed down restaurants that occupy the same eating area are dark and the whole area is dark and drab because of it. The problem is as well that before the extension of the shopping centre, this was a significant entrance, but now it isn't. It is now an odd little side entrance and most of the passing trade has gone meaning nothing will get better.It has often been to slow for fast food, another reason why I have walked out. With most of the passing trade entering the John Lewis entrance and court area they might have cut staff down this slowing service.Upstairs in the main shopping centre a McDonald's opened and this could be the last straw for this Burger King location.It used to be cleaner, brighter, and faster in the early 2010s it needs to move somewhere more prominent and close this one.

When we went the restaurant looked incredibly decrepit and dirty and when we finally got our food for £28 it was incredibly disappointing as the burger was small and not nice and neither were the nuggets.Also 2 of the ice machines for drinks didn’t even work and were dirty. The service was alright it was just the look of the restaurant and the food which was a major let down.We also got stomach pain after eating there so I wouldn’t recommend

Awful experience. Went in today and was served by a man who was very rude regarding my allergies. Then a lady returned a cup lid because it was dirty and the man took the cup lid and threw it in the floor where the customers were queuing. I said to him.. why have you just thrown that and he said my colleague will pick it up. I literally just picked up the lid, put it in the bin and left. Will literally NEVER return.

The restaurant feels cold and shabby and service is slow. Staff appear fed up. I popped in as I was tired and hungry after a shopping trip but I won't return or recommend.

came here with friends expecting FAST food in a nice (ish) setting. instead had very slow service in a run down and sticky place. only one drink machine was working and all of the drink options were flat. a woman came in asking for cold water and the man offered her hot water or ice. very run down and poor.

Disgrace place is filthy dirty. Nothing fast about this place!! The woman taking the orders today was angry and clearly hates her job. Only positive was the guy handing out the food was polite.

After ordering, we did not wait too long for our burgers. One of the staff was cleaning the tables and did not feel offended when I asked to clean the table where we wanted to sit.

I ordered a fairly large order and customised some items and specifically asked (no bacon) took the food trusting they did right , took a cab got home and took a bite of one burger and to my surprise it had bacon!! I had throw £8 burger in the trash.The accuracy of orders are extremely important, what if someone was allergic to something??Bad experience

Not even deserves 1 star… and when I checked other reviews. I understand that why that restaurant has big problems. First of all managers shall manage the situation and if it is necessary, manager shall apologise. But the manager Peter (on duty, 10-Aug-2022 at 14:10) instead of doing that, he lied. The Below is what happened:I ordered from my app while I was in the BurgerKing. I waited in front of the counter more than 10 minutes. since it took a lot of time to wait, I approached to the counter to ask about my order and she checked the shelf and voila, she gave my order. I said nobody said my number or pickup ready. Her manager came. by the way, he came from the food preparation area without wearing the gloves. I saw him, he was preparing hamburger. disgusting. Peter, the manager, said "we do not shout numbers, we shout "pick-up ready". I said, your team even did not say "pick-up ready". I am 3/4 steps away from the counter. nobody said anything. then he lied, he said "he heard it". that is the problem. Peter, manager, preparing hamburgers inside and away from the counter told that he heard that his team member shouted. I told him nobody shouted and if the burger is cold I will bring back. basically, without saying anything or apologizing, he went back to prepare hamburgers with naked hands. I asked for his name. he just said his name and turn back to his job (hamburger preparation!!!) you have a liar and unhygienic manager in that restaurant. he does not manage the restaurant. almost every table had the food leftovers. nobody cleaned tables or the floor. it is terrible. later on, to test the system, I ordered again french fries. waiting in front of the counter. all customers served and I am the only one waiting. the cashier asked, if I am going to order anything. I said my online order, waiting for 7 minutes to be readied. than they check the system, print the ticket and shouted to the restaurant "pick-up ready", literally I was the only one and they were trying to demonstrate they shout when pickup ready. I told them "I told you I am waiting for my online order". anyway, with the second order, I know the problem now. Online order goes to the screen so the cashier does not see that unless she prints the ticket from the terminal. than prepared food put on the up in the shelf. the cashier has no idea if the food is ready. unless customer asks for it. basically, Manager Peter was lying. in their system, they will never say "pick-up ready" because they trust that customer will come and ask. a customer like me, waiting in front of the counter will never know. by the way, BK online confirmation says "order will be placed at the front counter when ready". but it is not for that restaurant and that restaurant has a liar and unrespectful Manager. I am greatly complaining about him and his behavior. if you visit unanimously the restaurant, you will see that restaurant is not being managed. Peter shall not be a manager, even he should not be work as burger preparation since he does not follow hygienic rules. I had cold whooper, with cold french fries and I am extremely dissatisfied and I will post my comment in everywhere. I filled 2Online forms in BK website. Attached is the photo while waiting for my second order to test their system. I waited more than 7 minutes and literally nobody was there. So, they do not know that mobile order is placed, unless they print the ticket.

Really horrible Burger King. There were spillages all over the drinks area as well as the drinks screens being sticky and having food all over them. No Ice working in any of the three machines, and only a few drinks available.Food didn’t taste right and made me feel queasy. I order the vegan royal with fries and drink.Resturant was really hot inside as well as staff being slow. Not very impressed.

Charged 20p for extra sauce for my chicken nuggets which I didn’t ask for. Not sure why they added this - it’s not much but if they do it to everyone it’ll add up quick.
