Have ordered delivery food from here several times, 50% of the time the order delivered is incorrect. Have never had this issue with another food delivery.@Greggs, these have all been refunded via the delivery app, I’ve ordered without issue from other Gregg’s stores in range.

This greggs is perfectly fine in terms of customer services and the quality of the food is fine as expected. The only issue I have is that on some days the food is cold or luke warm. Their food counter on one occasion broke down and customers were told that the food would be cold. I sometimes ask them if the food will be warm or cold . They need a new food counter.

I purchased a festive bake that when i bit into it was cold all the way through not the piping hot it should be. Was quite concerning that their counter isn’t keeping the food hot so it could make people sick. I binned it!

Just witnessed a staff member get racially abused by some mug who left his bike in front of the food shelf and then another guy steal food and the staff did nothing. Welcome to Shepherds Bush…….It must be a great working environment!

Excellent service very busy store due to close proximity to Westfield . Staff busy but still friendly and helpful. Store was stocked well too.
Food is fresh.paring is an issue.I blame Hammersmith & Fulham town hall for this.They can do so mush for local business if they was to improv parking control times.

Greggs Shepherd's Bush Underground Station, recently opened in May 2023. Excellent location within the underground station, making it very convenient to pick your favourite on the go. It can get busy during peak times but the staff are very helpful and efficient.

I visited the bakery in Purley I ordered sandwiches and drinks and had the bread and butter pudding because I hadn't eaten this for ages they used to be around the corner now they are in a new place handy for the buses and other shops The staff very friendly and will visit there again
