Have used this branch lots of times but today a few people was waiting and the member of staff was on the phone not even paying attention to the people waiting.Even though the shop is open and it had gone 12pm we couldn't get a coffee because we was told the machine wasn't ready yet.So we we couldn't get a meal deal and Krispy lost out on the sale of2 coffees.I've given 3 stars because this is the first time we have experienced a bad service at this branch Or in face any branch.I'm hoping it's a one-off.
Refused to give me a dozen donuts when i clearly earnt the reward and gifted it by friends. Rude manager trying to ask for ID and invade my privacy asking how i got the reward when i didnt do nothing wrong and i got it fair from the krispy kreme promotion

Wow, a few days ago I came to Westfield and was hungry then I saw Krispy creams when I went there the customer service was the full on best khatera was the best staff member, She was very kind and was very happy she was so nice I ordered my own dozen and it's was amazing ?
