Awful experience. Chicken not cooked properly and took 20 minutes to arrive. Staff very unfriendly and rude.

I will never go back to this nandos i was giving rock hard corn on cob that nearly broke my tooth is was so hard. Then i was half way through my food and there was a blonde hair wrapped in my coleslaw which put me off my whole dinner i spoke to manager which she was very rude and had such bad attitude towards me and had no customer service at all.

My partner and I ordered two main courses, but unfortunately, only one was served to us. After a 20-minute wait, the second dish had still not arrived. We reached out to the manager, a very attentive woman, who promptly addressed our concern and ensured our order was served without further delay. We're grateful for her assistance.

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Nanfos Westfield. Not only have they hiked up the price of drinks from £3.50 to £3.95 without any explanation, but 3 out of 4 ice machines were out of order. The one that was supposedly working didn't dispense any ice. It's frustrating when scripted responses from customer services show they're not interested in customer feedback. Definitely won't be returning anytime soon.

Do not come unless you want your ears to be assaulted by crying babies. Just crying babies everywhere. Food was a 25 minute wait. Server forgot to give us utensils. Food was okay, chicken was dry. I do not recommend.

We came to nando’s the staff behaved very bad to us and Ronnie thought we don’t know how to serve us and he thinks we where very fool also he didn’t let us eat properly and left our food halve way through. He shouted at us in front of everyone and check ccvt footage.

Visited on a weekday at around 14:30.Staff very quick to get us seated and settled jn. We knew how to order so did that via the qr code in our tableOur glasses come out within minutes of ordering. Food was around a 15 minute wait which was very quick.Orders arrived correct and we enjoyed our meal without being rushed.The restaurant was really welcoming and it had a nice atmosphere inside. Not too noisy and busy.Would recommend and visit again if in the area.

I’m giving this place 1 start since I had negative experience! Firstly, we’ve been given raw chicken and complained to the manager about it, he promised that we’ll get it replaced but after 10-15 min waiting we’ve decided to just leave it and go. Secondly, the place is very busy and you have to queue up for at least 15min. Thirdly, only one of the 3 water stations was functioning.

Tasty chicken specialties. There was no wait (on a February Wednesday). Service not perfect, but they try their best. Almost all options are chicken (as they advertise).It was my 1st time at a Nando's and I was (wrongly) hopping for some more variety.Kid-friendliness: Regarding extra sauces, only ketchup is for kids. All the rest, even the mildiest of them, are spicy.
