I highly recommend this restaurant because of the excellent service (extremely fast) and the really friendly staff. The food is absolutely fantastic and very tasty. It is quite pricey but it’s worth it. I would highly suggest it.

Easily the most horrible restaurant I've ever eaten at. We were there 28/12/23. We waited a while and saw staff walking around and not attending to us, one lady even made her way towards us then almost did a 'syke' gesture as she placed something on the waiting stand and returned behind the bar. When we eventually got seated the same lady came to take our orders and with her service we immediately felt uneasy. We should have left then. We then waited forever and a day to be served bland pasta dishes that were horrible and cold and somewhat undercooked. We considered leaving, we really should have. I woke up the next morning feeling sick with a horrendous tummy ache and explosive diarrhea. Can't believe I paid for that disgusting experience. Only silver lining is we were able to discourage a family from eating as we were leaving, thus saving them from a similar or worse fate.

It was a busy Saturday so I can understand that we had to wait before our order was taken (without a smile) but there is room for improvement service-wise … The manager was there and it was his second day at this branch. We ordered a bottle of wine: it was brought to our table but no offer to have somebody from our party tasting it, not even showing the bottle to make sure it was the right one and left unopened in its cooler … Then 3 plates arrived out of 4, and the 4th one arrived quite a long time after: don’t they know that they should bring all meals at once? Suddenly, a waitress took 2 plates away from our table while 2 of us were still eating, very weird … and also some waiters were bringing plates to the tables on a trolley. Food was average, we were not offered any pepper or parmesan cheese on top of our pasta, and the additional 13,5% automatically added to the bill was a bad surprise (I guess all restaurants in UK now do this). Not the best experience, we will not return.

Lovely ambience, lovely staff! Ali, one of the supervisors was so welcoming and friendly! He really is an asset to your business……..in the world of hospitality, good staff are hard to find and keep! Ali was the epitome of great customer service. My friend and I enjoyed a glass of wine and had a great chat with Ali who gave us his time…….time is so important as many staff just don’t do that anymore. Thank you, for making our experience fun, and memorable!

Very average pasta with a bit of a price tag. Starters took ages to arrive and were warm. It was also a little cramped. The wait staff were nice.

Great food and friendly, attentive staff. We had the caprese starter to share, then we had the spaghetti and meatballs for mains but in the "spaghettata" version which means it's a sharing portion for 2. It was delicious and we would definitely recommend to others. It can get quite busy during the lunchtime rush, so pre book if possible.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pasta availableParking: Parking in the westfield shopping centre

Food was bland and wet. Ordered the Italian fennel sausage tagliatelle with chilli and garlic; it felt like 99% pasta and couldn't taste a thing but that; not even a kick from the sauce. It's no wonder so many Italian chain restaurants disappear. On the positive side, front of house staff were very lovely.

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. My server Ali was one of the most engaging, enthusiastic server I’ve ever had. He personally made my dining experience amazing. He helped me with the menu by further informing me on specific ingredients, we laughed about our shared name and was overall very kind and patient. The food was great but the restaurant shines in its excellent waitstaff.

Not many visitors at Westfield in Shepherd's Bush realise how beautiful and affordable the Spaghetti House is! The staff are absolutely lovely and the dining experience is very much enjoyable. This was my second visit and definitely not the last!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ? DO NOT EAT THERE!!! I will never eat there again even for free!!! I had a breaded chicken tonight and was feeding it to my daughter too, when I got to the middle bit of the chicken I realised it was pink and raw.!! (See pictures) it was well hidden under the breadcrumbs. The staff was so rude, then we spoke to the manager and she decided “it was supposed to be like this” obviously it’s not supposed be eaten raw as you can get food poisoning. We have just got home and both of us are experiencing tummy pain and feeling very sick. This place is an absolute joke, and the staff service is unprofessional and rude…!!

On Saturday, me and my son went to eat at the spaghetti house as my son is big fun of Bolognese. The place was extremely busy but the host let us inn very quickly, she organised the table straight away. Brought the menu , took the drink order and delivered the drink very fast. I have no complaints about the service, it's phenomenally fast and respectful. After the same blonde host came to us to take our order. She was very polite and brought kids activity book for my son. I forgot to ask her name, but she was from Latvia. Very good service, knowing that they were extremely busy on Saturday! Definitely will be back ?

Our lunch at this restaurant was 10 out of 10! Me and my husband enjoyed so much the food and fantastic customer service. I have a lot of allergies and I carry with me the little list of the allergies I have, I showed to the manager Rita and she helped me so much to choose the right dish and she was so knowledgeable about the menu, that I was so impressed! She even brought me a package of GF pasta from the kitchen just to make sure there is nothing in it that I can't eat. She also helped us to choose the best wine. Definitely will be back, highly recommended! The food was outstanding!

Great place let down by unattentive waiting staff. I used to eat here often but hadn't been there since 2020.Waited what seems like an eternity for cutlery even after the food arrived. Made the server aware of the missing cutlery, then we were forgotten as they were busy not paying attention to the diners.Food is usually good, but service was not very good.

DO NOT BOTHER EATING HERE! It was our first time eating here, and I ordered a linguine prawn pasta and it was completely bland, no taste whatsoever. I informed the manager, RITA to make it extra spicy and she charged me for red chillies 7x, without informing me of the additional costs and when the food arrived, there were ONLY 7 pierces of chillies. We ordered garlic bread and it came completely burnt. RITA was unhelpful, didn’t listen to our comments and honestly very very rude. Don’t understand how she’s a manager and in the customer service business. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I wouldn’t even know where to start with this place. From the moment I came in and saw the waitresses, I could tell that the place would not be of good standard. They are very rushed, hectic, almost like they’re working on the clock (which I’m sure they are; apparently, management is trying to squeeze them hard, but then again they don’t train them to not show it or they are not capable of hiding it anymore). They weren’t placing the glasses on the table, but bashed, threw them, they weren’t walking, but almost running from one table to another. Almost made me feel uncomfortable as a client, like I’m there just to make things worse and add to their stress. I repeat myself, I don’t know if it’s necessarily the staff’s fault, as is the management’s, as they might be over working their employees.Food was bad: had some tomato bruschetta, nothing special and overpriced for what it was and some bolognese pasta.Tomato sauce in the bolognese was sour, uncooked and you could tell nobody bothered at least to add a little bit of sugar (the way the Italians like to do), you could tell the meat was de frosted and thrown only here and there - expected more meat with a bolognese. Pasta was a little bit uncooked (I know what al dente is, but this was too much). As for the dessert? Just some cake bought from a different place, filled with layers of cheap icing, made from cheap, instant mixes (Nando’s used to have a cake that was 10x better than this and for the same price, so don’t tell me there aren’t options).Would never come back here, especially since everything I’ve mentioned + a bottle of sparkling water costed me 40£. I’d rather stay home and eat sandwiches.
