Amazing caramel waffle frappuccino made by Amari! He was vey polite and helpful with my order and my coffee was top! Starbucks Westfield at the ground floor is higjly recommended! ?

Came in yesterday and my daughter asked for a vanilla frappacino, told them no caramel, still got caramel, I asked for a medium hot chocolate, what I got wasn't even hot let alone medium, asked for marshmallow's was told they don't have any, the server as somewhat polite as he was looked extremely overwhelmed. The person who basically threw the drinks on the counter needs training on customer service. No manners at all. Above all avoid this dump.

Fancy looking Starbucks, nothing to add on the Starbucks drinks but this one has a nice and modern design. I just enjoy sitting in there. And of course very nice staff and quick service.

My favourite place for a nice hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate even. And if I fancy anything cold, their frappes are the best specially the chocolate cream frappe has always been my all time favourite since it first came out on the menu.

At 1pm they ran out of all the coffee that made them “reserve” - chemex, pour over, v60. So just another bad quality Starbucks
