Frequently order from here via Uber Eats and, honestly, I'm not sure why I bother. The orders are rarely correct, especially if coffee is involved (which, ironic) and if they don't have something, instead of refunding, as a decent business should, they take it upon themselves to substitute it with something else.For example, I ordered a raspberry and almond frangipani muffin, which was advertised as readily available, and instead got a blueberry muffin that looked disgusting, and, most importantly, I think smelled disgusting because I *hate* blueberries. Give me my money back instead!Get it together!

Service was fine but although I had 2 free coffees the App would only let me use 1 of them. I think maybe I needed to do 2 seperate transaction to use them both at once!

Best coffee and service in Sidcup. Really good place to hybrid work too and staff bring food and drinks to your table.

I would like to say that the service I received was excellent. I am unsure her name, but the barista with the strawberry blonde her who was on the till at 2pm (ish), was very attentive and took the time to look after me. However, an incident occurred that led to a customer complaint and the team leader to come out to deal with it. The team leader herself, handled the situation poorly I felt with the barista and team leader loudly arguing in the coffee shop, leading to the barista being asked to leave by the team leader and an overall bad feeling in the coffee shop. The Sidcup branch needs to seriously consider their management. The coffee is nice.

I came a few minutes ago. I ordered one iced latte pistachio with soya milk and they told me that they serve that only with semi skimmed milk. Every time I order that iced latte I pay £3.85 and today I got changed £4.30 because the only milk they had was oat milk. Also your staff was trying to find excuses for not having soya milk and for charging me more. If you don't change your staff I won't visit your shop again

This is one of the best Nero's i have been to, and theres quite a lot. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and make a brilliant coffee!. In all honestly, There are a lot of coffee shops in this town but none i enjoy more than coming in Nero for my coffee fix.
