The delivery driver actually argued with us on the doorstep and wouldn't give us our food, tried to complain to the store but they couldn't understand the problem

If could give zero stars I would. Delivery man dropped my food on the floor and then when I called up asking for a refund the staff couldn’t understand me and told me I would get a refund yet they was lying. Nothing has been processed and I have had to contact head office as emailed the store and heard no response.

Just so rude and disrespectful one guys attitude absolutely sinks and one lady can not understand anything you tell her on the phone. Over all their service is good timing and delivery, delivery guys are lovely polite etc but customer service and attitude is so poor disrespectful and unacceptable. I will never use them again. Very bad experience!! After their attitude they still sent the pizza. No thank you. I dont like to waste but I couldn't trust this team. Very passive-aggressive!

Absolutely appalling all my family got food poisoning and had sickness and diarrhoea after eating from here , absolutely awful! So no order from here it’s dirty do not waste your money , if I could give it no stars I would absolutely disgraceful had my family in bed for a whole two days being sick and no stop on the toilet!!! .. NOT HAPPY!!!

I can't fault this place other than dominos isn't good at all, I've slowly realized as I've got older that it takes longer for the body to recover from a dominos than the Alcohol that made me buy it...
Ordered on line tracker saying prep for an hour and half take money from bank but cant get through on phone line just ringing out

Ordered a takeaway for my family £28.99 two hours later still did not receive it I rung and cancelled it as it was almost 8.30 and I asked for a refund they said yes that’s fine but over a week now still no refund I have phoned several times and they now say they can’t find my order on there system where is I have the proof on my phone that the money was taken out avoid this takeaway dominos this isant the first person this has happened to!!!!!!!

Brilliant! Went at about 13:20 and even with the students around and ordering they were great, attitude of the person who served us was brilliant as well, very friendly and they smiled! Don't always see that these days it seems so was nice to see.Food was exceptional as you would expect of a Domino's, hot and delicious and just what was needed on a Monday. Only took about 5 mins or so before it was ready for collection.Definite 5/5
