To much focus on big take away orders for the internet buyers seems that they have forgotten about the real customer standing in front of them, food cold and been left standing to long, so unless you're staving, hold out for another take

Very much improved restaurant. Since allowing the public to order and collect separate from food delivery courriers, Sidcup Macdonalds has been spot on for me. Food hot, correct and prepared quickly.Many Thanks, your efforts are appreciated.

Happy Meal, not so happy!Ordered a take out from Sidcup McDonald's today, being a good dad and ordering Happy Meals for my kids, as a treat. To my surprise the Toy didn't match the Happy Meal Box of "The Adventures of Paddington Bear", until 2nd Jan 2024. The toy received was "DC League of Super pets", McDonalds Happy Meal from 2022!!!! At least tell me I am getting an old toy, to manage expectations. This is an other gripe, since this branch introduced a 10 pence fee per additional sauce requested!

DONT bother ordering through the app for your delivery- This restaurant NEVER gets the orders right and I have on a number of occasion had items missing from the order - I am then pushed through to Uber eats who are as just as unhelpful due to their guidelines. BLOODY JOKE - so you pay money in good faith and then dont get a proper refund

Ordered a delivery.. This time no fries they pretty much the order wrong every time. Either my sons meal isn't there or a burger is missing. Never get dips. why go you ask? I really don't know but Sidcup MacDonalds is awful
