Two female team members carried on chatting whilst I was waiting to be served. Both of them acknowledged I was waiting to be served but continued chatting amongst themselves. A young man was busy filling up stock. He eventually served me. I don't blame him as he was actually working, whilst the two women were chatting amongst themselves. This is bad customer service. Training is obviously required to these women.

Packed, queues a mile long and you only get and hour and a half free parking. Not a pleasant shopping experience

My wife and I used their online shopping service where several items were not delivered. The total cost of items not delivered amounted to over £45 pounds! We have made the complaint online and now it has been a week with no assistance. It's becoming an absolute nightmare as we don't know if they will ever bring the missing items to us or provide us with a refund. It's like being robbed. I highly recommend avoiding using this service.

Loads of parking which you can also use to pop into the high street. But remember this is time limited. So be careful not to get a ticket!!!one of the only supermarkets locally that have a fishmongers. Which had a great service when I used this them this week. Also has a small cafe
BEWARE, free parking only 90 mins. Not enough time for a coffee and full shop. Unlike Tesco this car park has been handed over to money grabbing Euro Car Parks. Got £100 pcn for 13 mins over time and to make it worse the notice arrived in the post 6 days after the issue date yet Euro calculate the 28 day payment period from 2 days after issue date, so grabbing an extra 4 days at my expense. Will only use Morrisons for small shops in future. Going back to Tesco.
