I ordered dinner for two. The order came more than 2 hours after it was placed and more than an hour over the estimated delivery time. When I called the restaurant they said they were very busy and no compensation was offered, even when I asked (they just said to speak to the delivery company). When the food finally arrived it was really cold and hard, completely disgusting. Really horrible experience.

Poor value. Slow service. Xmas set menu is £26pp for 3 courses. Got dough ball starter with 4 marble sized doughballs. Main was a thin overcooked 8” pepperoni pizza. Dessert was a 3”cheesecake dish 1” high. Pizza express then add VAT and then 10% service charge on top of that. Had better quality at half the price elsewhere locally.

I celebrated my birthday here with around 12 friends and we were all thoroughly impressed with the food and hospitality we received.We had ordered a lot of food and it was all served to us with no delays or mistakes.We had staff checking on us from time to time if we needed anything and everyone was so kind and helpful!I will definitely be returning!
Me and a large group of friends have visited this restaurant on multiple occasions.We have all been thoroughly impressed by the superb service throughout. Whether from a manager or waiter, we can rely on them to provide us with a great meal and experience.Will definitely go again!

Don’t order from here.Placed an order for collection only to go there and be told it’ll be at least half an hour as they’re short staffed.Waited a bit but realised it may take much longer with the way things were looking so asked for a refund.The manager was apparently on the phone to customer service to tell them to sort whatever out since the kitchen was in a mess. He then said he’d have to speak to them to issue the refund since the order was placed online.I asked if I could go home and give him a call instead so I can sort out dinner for the baby in the meantime and he said he’d need me to wait and do it there. Through all this; he had a horrible tone of voice and was practically having a go at me for trying to sort this out.His phone to CS hung up for which he blamedMe saying “they hung up because I was talking to you” - excuse me?! You’re just annoyed your restaurant is in mess.Why does he think it’s okay to treat his customers like this just because his kitchen is messed up? This “kitchen not working” has happened a couple of other times previously too but we gave the restaurant one more chance, big mistake. Horrible manager.

Visited here with a larger group of friends and we had a lovely time. Manager was super accommodating with my specific order (I was craving a hawaiian but can’t handle hot food so had to get specific toppings) and the pizza turned out so lovely! Had my favourite garlic bread with mozzarella which was incredible and finished with a fab sundae I shared with a friend. Staff kept kindly refilling our water and were lovely considering how late we had arrived (I think we were the last table there that night bless them). Toilets were clean and atmosphere was very relaxing despite a birthday group being there (they were tabled in a different section so that was very considerate haha thanks). Definitely going again!

Well what can I say, ordered after booking a table, drinks order was wrong, ordered a cider raspberry and Elderflower, got brought a raspberry green bottle. Advised wrong product had been brought and that the cider had been ordered. Product taken away, and a completely different flavour brought to the table. I advised that wasn’t what I had ordered to be told, the menu has just changed and that’s all we have, I pointed out that this is actual fact passing off, which is illegal. The drink was taken back. Ordered and the food came out. Everything we ordered apart from the garlic mushrooms over cooked, black, rubber texture and en-edible. No check back done at our table, until the plates were cleared and at that point no one had questioned the uneaten garlic mushrooms. Very disappointed. Like aFool still paid my bill, I doubt we will return back to this restaurant.

All good, pizza was excelent and employees deserved 10 out of 10.Only negative point was that the cleaning room close to the reception was a but opened, so having you dinner looking at brooms and cleaning equipment took a bit of the atmosphere, but otherwise perfect.Want to visit again.
