I’ve ordered from here plenty of times and the chicken and pizza are always great. Hot, tasty, fresh and recommended.\\n\\nI would say that the garlic bread and the stuffed mushrooms however are awful. The stuffed mushrooms are just embarrassing. Raw-ish mushrooms with a little cheese on them.

Just phoned to order some chips. i was in a rush and didn't want to wait. The man on the phone was having a go at me saying you are calling to order a chips over the phone.He was clearly not happy with people calling to make an order over the phone, and i guess he wanted me to order more food.Very bad customer service and tried your food before its rubbish.Won't recommend it to anyone.That's why I only wanted to order some chips.

Great service. Chicken was succulent and delicious and reminds me of Nando’s…. The spiced fries were amazing… I had it without ketchup … I’ll surely order again

!!!!! Very rude / Condescending/ Disrespectful avoid !avoid !Poor customer service and based on previous reviews here looks like there’s some kind of profilings going on based on who you are. I walked in to politely made an ordered, the guy short and dark hair didn’t reply or even say a word. I waited for 10min until another customer walked in and was served before me that’s when I realised Ive been ignored. Upon asking he actually asked me how long I’ve been in Britain I was shocked what has that got to do with chicken. I decide to walk out and go to kfc across the road and he said he doesn’t care if I don’t buy from them.Infact he said never come back !!!!! Very rude / Condescending/ Disrespectful

The staff here at Pizza Hotland are amazing, very communicative which is good. The food they sell is also good, I personally love their hot wings and pizzas. Best pizzas

When I entered the chicken and chip shop the workers were very welcoming and their service is 10/10 and more quick compared to other restaurants. Their chicken is nicely fresh and hot and I like how they put their spices into the chicken in my opinion it’s a better chicken shop than Morley’s and all those others.Kid-friendliness: They are very nice to the school students and they are nicely sociable
