Went to this restaurant at Sidcup on Friday Very good food very good service. Didn’t have to wait very long. The waitress was fantastic. Her name is Sally she persuaded us to have the dessert which was yummy. Sally was very professional and made us very welcome definitely go back

Went on a Tuesday evening and really enjoyed the food. Was seated straight away, staff were friendly and helpful. Was quite busy so quite a bit of noise (talking) but was ok

Went for a group booking, when we got there we were seated on different tables, not told when we booked we would be split up. Then during the meal told we have to leave within two hours, this wasn't said at time of booking or we will be on different tables. We were there for a birthday party and when time to serve the cake were told to leave as the next people are here and want their table. Never going back here, shocking Service

Had lunch with my husband. He ordered the calzone with 'generous filling' as it states on the menu. It had half a pepper, some cheese with a tiny slice of chicken. It was an insult. Food was returned and a new meal ordered. The staff didn't react. No real apology or reduction. Will not be coming back. Awful experience!!

Today was the second time we gave prezzo in sidcup a chance but i can confidently say i will never go back there. The staff are so rude, when we turned up today we literally didnt even get acknowledged and stood by the check in stand for a good 5-8mins and nobody came over, how this is acceptable is beyond me. Like i said this is the second time we've experienced bad service, the first time i booked to have a engagement meal with my partner, and soon as we turned up we was told we only had 10mins to order and that in 45 mins the place was closing, I understand that they have to keep to the closing times but there is way of delivering the information, very disappointed in the service of such a big named restaurant.

Service was pleasant.Had the Chocolate & Cherry Sundae with the 15ml shot of Disaronno amaretto, not seen a dessert like this before and was amazing! Definitely nice to taste something different. Used my meerkat 241 membership, starters, mains and desserts were all 241 so was a bonus as I thought it was just on the mains, so well worth a visit.

The pasta overkooked.Lasagna looks like was prepared long time ago.The fish was burned. The prices are like for luxury restaurant but the reality is disappointing. The service was medium. The waitress was rushing us all the time with next order (antipasti, main menu, dessert). The beer was hot,but still water from freezer. The overall experience is that I wil not deffinetly go there anymore.Sidcup offers so many other places to delicious eat.

Came here for weekend lunch. Prompt and friendly service, much improved interior. Food was very tasty especially the sea bass. Great portion sizes and enjoyed 3 courses.

We booked online on the day and there was space for us, came in and had starters and mains as well as desert. The pizza wasn't the best to be honest but it was well cooked and the meaty bits were done right. The pesto on the other hand was very nice and no complaints on that front. Service was reasonably quick and the bill at the end wasn't too expensive.Kid-friendliness: Availability of high chairs

Lovely place to relax and eat. Spacious and airy and not on top of other tables. Efficient staff who don't keep you waiting. Well done chefs for excellent food at a great affordable price.

The decor was nice and the staff were friendly, there wasn't much variety on the menu but the food was lovely all the same and good size portions, thankfully my Sister used her (Taste Card) saving us nearly £45 Id never ever come here again unless I got one myself because the prices are absolutely extortionate £7 for a bottle of beer are you having a laugh? lol but with the Taste Card it worked out just over a tenner per person 6 meals and drinks so that was brilliant

Excellent service and delicious, great value food in a warm and welcoming environment. Prezzo will be my first choice restaurant in the high street now. Especially as they give Blue Light discount - thank you ? I’m fed up with trying to support smaller businesses who then serve up inedible food, I work too hard for my money!

It was our first visit to a Prezzos. I took my granddaughter and we used some tesco vouchers. We loved the interior, enjoyed the food (burger and chips, me beef my granddaughter chicken), nice waitress (with facial piercings) who was friendly and helpful. We're looking forward to returning and trying the pasta dishes. Only negative......the coffee cups are a tad small.

What a terrible experience. We are here today for dinner and considering that the restaurant wasn't busy it was rather bemusing that it took over an hour between starters and mains. What was even funnier (or not depending on your views) the "manager" who took our order only took down 2 orders for mains (there were 4 of us) and then blamed us for ordering 2 mains (why would a party of 4 come to dine at a sensible time order only 2 mains). Honestly wouldn't recommend this branch of Prezzo at all. Customer service in this restaurant and attention to customer experience is not up to any sort of standard.
