Great petrol station has everything you need inside and most things are reasonable prices, from flowers to fresh fruit to snacks. Diesel prices are slightly higher than other places but it does the job, store is nice and clean too.

Would love to give this place 5 stars, as it's the best station for the flow of traffic and services, but the decision to install EV charging where the car wash entry was, is such a bad decision as it's removed a much loved and used service. For some reason though they still advertise the car wash on the website and app for this branch.Also, the pumps seemed to have become a lot slower recently, in particular pump 9 which took me roughly over 5 mins to dispense 40L of fuel.

My local Shell fuel station now 36 years. I was able to get fuel here at this station during the last recent fuel crises. Mostly very busy for the best part of the day, all be it weekday or weekends. However, there are at least three Isles and at least 12 sets of pumps with a separate entrance and exit off Blackfen Road. Also there are top water and air pressure tyre facilities, an auto car wash (... or did have at one time ? ) an ATM, and several parking spaces for customers only. A Waitrose branch on site within the payment counters building, and the whole station brightly lit during dark hours.

I go here every morning again Costa coffee are ripping people off how can prices vary so much from one garage too another it's crazy same cup off coffee but a price difference of nearly 45pence what a joke and the machine doesn't even give a full cup this needs too be passed on too a consumer body also there being more than cheeky with there fuel prices which I might add changes on a weekly period why isn't this and other company's being audited and look at by someone I thought we had people that went around making sure people weren't taking the mick with there prices it's a joke watch dog trading standards all of which I will be contacting

Toilets are absolutely disgusting and have clearly not been cleaned at all in a very long time, I reported the state of the toilets to a member of staff and the just said.. yea toilets get like that. Absolutely appalling.

We stopped at Shell to purchase a few things to eat, and then sat in the parking space provided and ate them whilst our toddler slept. Imagine our surprise & shock when we got a £100 parking fine through the post!! Loyal Shell customer, eating food we bought in the Shell shop, in a Shell parking space provided - I’m disgusted that Shell feels this is the right way to treat long term loyal customers :((
