Atmosphere isn't really applicable as it's a takeaway.But the fish and chips are really nice, they also deliver. Wait can sometimes be long but the service is very pleasant and friendly.

Very poor service on Christmas eve. Pre ordered using their dedicated app for 19:50 but the food arrived an hour early and before some of our guest. Despite specifying chip shop chips and NOT the skinny french fries we received the latter and when we opened the bag the sauces were missing.On top of that the food was not as good as previously provided by this establishment leading to the conclusion that standards have slipped as noted in other reviews.I did call the store and they did not appreciate how disappointing this experience was, only offering to send some sauces round!Not sure we will ever use this place again as everyone knows the Selsdon Kebab Centre across the road is a much better kebab place even though they don't do Chicken Shawarma or Chip Shop chips. For what we paid we received very poor value for money!I think we will go back to the Selsdon Kebab Centre in future!

We were waiting for a delivery and only part of it was delivered which was annoying in itself, we called to say some of it was missing to b told only 1 delivery driver on tonight and won't b able to deliver for some time. We waited an hour and a half called them back only to b told it had been delivered to us and the driver doesn't lie indicating we were lying. We r so angry we will never use them again and reported this behaviour to just eat.Do not use this kebab shop as this isn't the first time our order has been short and refusing to come out with the rest.The guy on the phone was so very rude to my daughter in law who was very upset. We have used this kebab shop many times and it has certainly gone down hill recently.

Ordered through just eat and the app made a mistake on the address when I called the restaurant they said they will send it to the right address 1 hour later they said it was delivered after I phone to tell them I didn’t receive the order and they said why are you phoning a hour later I will never order from here again

Are you seriously having a laugh you think it's okay to charger £3.90 for chips and send me french fries knowing full well you advertise yourself as a fish and chip shop come and get your frozen chips back this is shocking how you could try pass this off as chips.shop chips especially to the British public unreal

Ordered online and the delivery time was supposed to be 07.50. Food turned up (after 2 phone calls and being told it’s on its way) 08.25. The food was stone cold! I called again to be told that they were busy and the driver was new. If you’re busy stop taking orders and sack the new driver! Was offered a refund the next time I order and said I wouldn’t be ordering again. Was them told they’d send the driver back with a refund and it’s now 9.30, still no refund…well done just lost a very loyal customer!
