Went for refuelling and car wash. Spend 31 minutes for all the process because it was busy there and got a euro parks ticket of £70. Do not go there for car wash.

I don’t recommend this car wash because I come every time for car wash. It never worked properly. There are some pictures I’d like to share that proofs there’s no foam wash but they charged for it. The manager restarted twice but still no foam. Then he did not give me a refund instead he gave me a free car wash for next time. After all these struggles I received a penalty charge so I had to come back to this petrol station to cancel my penalty. This time I used that free car wash but again same story. Even after a week, that problem wasn’t sorted. They keep stealing from the customers. Poor car wash

I got £100 fine for station to long a petrol station after fuelling up and trying to help a friend sort a punctured tyre after he tried filling up and air pump wasn’t working on tyre.!!!!

£100 parking fine for queuing for the car wash. I will continue to appeal and go to court as they keep rejecting saying I have no evidence despite me sending proof of purchase with dates and times. I was accessing a service, not parking and if you look at Jopson v homeguard paragraph 20, you’ll see the definition for parking is legally up for debate - I advise everybody fights their tickets.

30 minute queue for the car wash, and then a £100 fine for "staying without authorisation" for the 30 minutes I was in the queue. Absolutely ridiculous. All subcontracted out from Shell to the Garage Dealer to Euro Car Parks so no chance of getting it fixed through customer service.

JUST GOT A £100 PARKING FINE FOR STAYING ON SITE WHILE USING THE LAUNDRY REVOLUTION MACHINES. Apparently they have number plate recognitiin technology and if you outstay your welcome you get a fine in the post. This apparently applies even if you are using their services at the time. This is despite the website clearly advising you to stay near the dryer while using it as the machine is not security protected. And the time you are allowed to remain there is just 15 minutes, so if you are having yo queue for petrol or to pay, you will also be pay i nh £100 for the pleasure. This is absolutely disgusting treatment of your customers. I will be expecting another fine, as I used This service on 2 separate occasions. To the owner of this disgeace of a business: I will be making a formal complaint to Shell and laundry revolution. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Received the parking ticket even though l, purchased products from the Store & waiting for the car wash.PCN appeal declined with Original Shell’s purchase receipts and bank statements as proof of purchase.Please dont visit unless you have money to pay for parking ticket.It looks like, this Station is making commission by giving out PCN to their customers. They state, the amount will not increase, whilst waiting for an appeal but it’s a lie!
