A nice Costa but such a pity it is over air-conditioned in summer, probably why seating inside is more or less deserted in the summer months, year on year. There is cold, and then there is icy! Lovely staff and service otherwise.

They appear to shut the store whenever it suits the staff and don’t adhere to the opening hours on google and their door outside. I appreciate staff want to leave work on time but locking the door 20 minutes before closing is not acceptable.

Decided to stop here on my lunch break today as I had done a few times before. When I got to the food counter I noticed everything had been changed to the Christmas range which had sage and onion stuffing in which I can't eat as it makes me very sick. I decided to enquire if there was anything left behind the counter that was cheese and tomato as it is something that I can eat safely. The server immediately started shouting at me in front of four customers telling me that it was ridiculous that I couldn't eat stuffing and to get out and stop wasting his time. Will never go back to this branch again. There should be no harm in making a simple enquiry.

Filter coffee a bit cooler than expected and the whole place was full of young people revising for exams but not actually drinking coffee!
I love coffee, from the smell off it being roasted to the taste off it....the range of coffees that Costal have is not as great as I thought it would be. It has all the basics covered but could offer more. The cakes on offer are lovely and fresh, I have not as yet tried their range of pastries as yet..
