Avoid at all costs.Probably the worst KFC I've been to in my life.The staff are all moronic. Just standing around, gormless. They took forever to serve their customers, despite it being quiet.When they eventually take your order, they'll mumble so you can barely hear them.Then, when you get your order, it'll turn out that the staff just give you whatever they want to give you.I ordered a fillet burger meal, and was given a zinger meal.My colleague ordered some hot wings, and was given 2 pieces of chicken instead.It wouldn't be the end of the world, but the food is genuinely inedible.The chicken is like Gandhis flip-flop.They also make every drink in the small plastic cups, despite there being a stack of the normal cups right next to the till.Tl:dr - Don't go here. It's just terrible.

Still the best KFC experience in London. Every time I visit (which I admit is pretty often), the food is always top notch. The team are very friendly. Well worth a try.

Simply diabolical! Waited 2hours for (fast food) The assigned driver must have lost money after waiting 40 mins!!! The just eat app just sent me round in circles so I couldn’t even cancel the order! I called the restaurant and was mugged off by a recorded message telling me to keep pressing number one! The staff all need shooting

very slow service and very disjointed service.Bought 10 pieces meal and got 4 wings in the order.Wanted to talk to the branch, the number does not work, it kept on repeating the options.I knew they are not a branch worth buying from but was desperate and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but they have not changed.I won't use them again.Chingford Hatch is a better branch

I live local and this place is always slow and I often get deliveries with missing food. Today they had nearly 10 people working and I had to wait 15 mins to order. Hopefully theManager sees this and makes a difference in staff

The food is great, but I only wish they stopped having me complain about orders lacking menu options that are clearly stressed in menus. Take for example a Zinger Tower burger with a "hash brown" BUT doesn't come with a hash brown. That's bloody annoying considering I love what? Hash browns. Then there's the occassional missing drink I don't even bother reporting. Lord knows why we still order from there, but it's the closest option, and doesn't sell pork on premises.

My friend and I on several occasion now have been given incorrect order, fries been cold and very poor portions, staff not attentive and floor dirty with no attention payed to cleaning. It's always evening staff. Pretty disgusting much the worst KFC I've ever been in.
