Ordered online and the order came completely wrong, which is fine mistakes happen but when we phoned was greeted with “what do you want me to do about it” then proceeded to lie saying they never had our order even tho we had an order number and a receipt which clearly shows it was from said store. The person we spoke to was rude and arrogant with no customer service skills. Not a difficult thing to sort out
