My coffee was made well by a young man. It seem like they had a new girl on the tills, it took her a while to fathom what I was ordering poor thing. But my latte experience was better here than at other Costa shops.

Omg ??? i was there last week the shop Wasn’t busy at all one was making the coffee for us and the manager was busy flirting with the delivery guy and the tables not even clean,Honestly no comment! ??

Went for a nice meal and had to endure a member of staff (Nadia) relentlessly swearing at another customer, telling them to “f*** off” , truly ruining my dining experience

The manager’s attitude is disgusting , she used the word lack of common sense on a customer because of her staff’s mistake. She didn’t apologised when she realised that what she said was very inappropriate. More training and change of attitude will help a lot
