Paid for food which came late and got kicked out 10 mins before closing time without being allowed to finish the food that was delayed on their behalf.

I have been a regular customer here for years and this place keeps getting worse. This is the last straw. I won't be coming here again. I'm done with this place.When I arrived there were 4 Deliveroo drivers waiting at the counter for their orders while there were more of them coming in with new orders.There was also a long queue, of course there is, there is only one person behind the counter as always.But what really pissed me off was that after I placed my order, my order number disappeared from the "Preparing" side of the screen and was never displayed on the "Collect" side. When I enquired where my order was I was made to wait longer. Yet I noticed the staff were giving my food to people who made their orders after mine.The staff here do not know the meaning of "first come, first serve." I had to keep reminding them about my order that they conveniently kept forgetting. Absolute rudeness. It took them 35 minutes to give me what I ordered.There was even a customer here who made a deliveroo order 1 hour and a half ago. So he came in himself to ask where his order was. The staff couldn't explain what happened to his order or why it was so late. The service here is abysmal.If that wasn't bad enough, one of the staff was coughing constantly throughout. That person was obviously ill. I felt sorry for her. Why would you make a sick person work in the kitchen and serve food to customers? Don't you realise that is a HEALTH HAZARD? To both customers and other staff. This is awful. What part of that do you not understand?There is always new staff here who don't know what they are doing. The management here is terrible.This place is always understaffed. It is no wonder customers are getting unpleasant experiences because their orders are served in a careless manner because the staff are rushing to keep up with the huge workload.Again, this problem can easily be resolved by hiring more staff.There is always one person behind the counters with about 3 or 4 people in the kitchen.This is supposed to be a fast food chain and yet the service is always slow.There are reviews here going back 2014 mentioning these exact same problems, you would think by now they would have listened to their customers and improved their services, but they don't.On top of that, this place is always dirty. There are tables and chairs that need to be wiped clean. But of course the staff cannot do that because they are too busy serving a long queue of customers. Again the problem goes back to insufficient staff.My patience is gone. I'm not coming here again. Since you are not capable of listening to your customers you might as well shut this place down. Otherwise sort yourselves out.The solution to this problem is simple:Hire more staff.

Here's a message for everyone steer well clear of KFC Southgate on Chase Side because they constantly over charge for there meals. Also they never answer there dam phone but now as a result of this from them I am involving trading standards. To put a stop to this craziness also it would dam well help if the staff could even speak proper English in there. Because most of the till staff when you order something look at you as if you have two heads. And seriously I am generally not one to complain but reporting to the so called store manager just falls on deaf ears. So maybe a visit from Trading Standards will stop this fiddling go on there. And believe me receipts don't lie. Also if I could have got away with no stars for this chappy store I would have given them none.

KFC is lucky today because they served me burnt chicken like it’s okay to serve burnt food I would have stowed the burnt chicken on the back side of the manager but anyway

Food actually good but service need more attention. Cash only at the till I would recommend downloading the app and using the machine with QR code.The managers and supervisors who wear grey shirts seem to hide from staff and customers. It is a comical you can see him swerving their responsibility. However use the app to order food at the machine and look at special offers. The cash only is at the to till. Lastly be Very firm in this place get attention. Lacking in common sense and responsibility at this place although the Indian woman was overstressed doing everything. The colleagues lack ethics and leadership skills

Popped in for food, has signs everywhere saying cash only at till, card payments at machines, very strange.... Manager very rude, tells me lies and the way he speaks to his staff is unacceptable. Decided to cut my order short and go to McDonald's next door.

We order this food and red bean sauce was missing and the burger was too salty and little over cooked and salad was stinky .

Awful customer service, chicken was stale and too salty, gravy was filled up with water, food was cold and ordered 2 zinger tower burgers was given plain burgers to call but no answer on numerous attempts. Really disappointed.
