I ordered food, they didn’t deliver my order, Uber made a refund, I’m still waiting for a refund! I don’t know how to call you, I can’t find the number, and rarely does anyone pick up the phone!

Today, with two young children, I visited this McDonald's. Baby change said that it is out of order and the other toilets were also closed. I had to change my baby's nappy very urgently and decided to do it inside his stroller. One of the staff with a rather rude manner came and ask me what I am doing and that what I am doing is not good and I should have asked, even though the baby change says out of order because there had been another toilet somewhere on the second floor, even though there had been no baby change table inside! I'm asking McDonald's: how can I know that I should ask after it's written that it doesn't work. Are the customers supposed to know this or is it that difficult to put some notice that there is another toilet even though it is not with a baby change table(I do not know how to change my baby's nappy in such a toilet)! Is this how the staff should treat the customers?This manner spoilt all my day. We were not able to consume our food properly even. Never ever met such a rude manner!Would not recommend it at all!

Management of this McDonald's are disgraceful. Imagine today witnessed the manager of this McDonald's branch kicked and punched a member of the public in the premises and outside the doors. Apparently this is because of a arguement broke out. As soon I said mentioned to him directly that his behaviour is not right especially he is supposed to be an professional while on shift and this manager replied in a aggressive manor towards me and I did not feel safe as member of the public. McDonald's headoffice should really investigate this branch and it's staff they hire. I won't be returning to this as I don't feel safe around it's staff.

One of my favourite McDonalds, service is always fast and there are always tables available. The cleaners are nice and friendly and keep the place spotless. It is what it is... for a quick cheap family meal it's good.The coffee is now quite nice, if anyone remembers what Mc Donald's coffees were like many years ago!I sometimes treat myself to a McFlurry while the kids have a happy meal with milkshake as their treat. (You have to go into the other drinks option on the screen to pick a milkshake with a happy meal it's well hidden!).If I do eat I have a McPlant, I can now enjoy the classic taste of a McDonald's burger for the first time in 30 years, yum! And a strawberry milkshake like I used to get. The memories come flooding back ?Vegetarian options: McPlant is great, a classic McDonald's tasteKid-friendliness: The cleaners are good with the kids handing out balloons and flags.

I was here last week, i ordered a meal to take out and waited to collect it. As it was getting prepared i was watching the kitchen and was not really happy when i saw burgers were getting prepared with bare hands. After a while my meal was ready but was put on a tray then served to someone else on a table. The person then started his meal with fries then realised it wasn't his meal when he opened the burger, he then called someone to tell. The food was then picked back up and brought back to the kitchen and the chips was quickly topped up by a white t-shirt lady and then served to me . I was watching the whole process so i just nodded my head when they called out my number and told them i don't want it as it was served to a table then brought back and served back to me after the fries being topped up. I was then given refund. (By the same person that prepared and served my food) so money is being touched with then burgers being made with bare hands. Overall it wan an really unpleasant experience.

Absolute disappointment- delivery food was delayed 3 times, food was absolutely cold, big tasty was all over the place, do I have to assemble myself? How dare you charging extra for delivery on top of this mess!

Love Mcdonalds. It’s delicious, it always has been. I grew up with it. I have it as an occasional treat. I nearly always have a Big Mac meal with a Diet Coke. This is about 800 calories of food. My daily requirement to maintain my weight is about 2500 calories - so as long as the rest of meals are nutritious etc - I’m all good and fighting fit!! ?
