Usual over priced nando food but you can't go upstairs, it's closed, but you have to , to use the bathroom and you find it's full of staff or friends of staff.I was forced to eat by the door against a pillar when upstairs was 90 percent empty.Don't bother.
Some, not all, staff were impolite. The person at the till wasn't listening properly when we were trying to order either, making us repeat our order several times and even getting our order wrong once the food came. Food was good, chips were a bit burnt and had to of course send back the wrong order.

5 stars for their staff.I have been working in hospitality for ages. It is very rare to can find this friendly team.They are welcoming, very accommodating and genuinely friendly. Special mention to Kasia. I believe she was the manager who was super helpful and very welcoming.

Food was amazing as usual, however one element stood out to me. And that was the outstanding service that was proided by EDYTA. What a woman. She was quality, very talkative and friendly. She was also extremely helpful, she went as far as getting my Coke Zero for me. She was amazing, i miss her already. I would go back just for her.
