I've been several times before and always been disappointed with the service. However, my son chose to go there for his birthday so we ended up here. Tbh, I was expecting the service to be as poor as previous times, but it was actually OK for a pizza chain. I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing that was disappointing, was the fact that even though I booked a table for 7 people (unfortunately 2 couldn't make it), I was given a 4 person table with a seat at the end so it was pretty cramped. Other than that, I was happy with it.

Ordered through Uber. Paid over £3 for coke only for it not to be delivered. Very simple order, pizza, coke and dough balls. Is this a way to retain even more money from their customer?

We had our kids birthday party at Pizza Express in Southgate earlier today and I was so impressed that I wanted to leave a great review straight away. We organised the party relatively last minute, but Tano and his team were so easy to deal with and helpful from the initial contact that it was never stressful. They made time to show us around in advance and accomodated all of our requests. On the day, they were great at dealing with a bunch of energetic kids and kept them all engaged and in-line. The food for the kids and the adults was great and reasonably priced. The service from Donna and Duck was super - we could not have asked for more. We have always enjoyed Pizza Express. At a time when lots of local restaurants are whacking up prices significantly and compromising on quality and service, it was refreshing to come away from a restaurant and feel like they really tried hard to make the experience great for us. Please continue to support our local Southgate Pizza Express - the team there deserve our support. Thank you again!

We were the first in and due to it being an inset day the group of boys we took were not the quietest. Donna served us and went above and beyond to help, even when my autistic son asked for buttered pasta (not on menu) they were accommodating. Donna even helped with the new app I have as it was my first time using it in store.
Came here for a late lunch and the staff were friendly and accommodating and the Christmas menu was delicious. Donna was especially welcoming and helpful - thanks for a great experience!
