Ordered online. No confirmation email received even tho I have been charged. Called the shop and spoke to the most useless individual who basically has no clue what was going on. Advised to order again. When asked if we could order over the phone the offer we wanted wasn’t available. So £40 charge and no food. Terrible service for an employee they literally doesn’t care about customers and needs some customer service training

This place was totally amazing. Totally amazing. Not only is a pickup large Hawaiian barely £10 the food is absolutely amazing and it's still very hot and warm after a long time- the heatkeeping packaging has been done well. The food comes quick as well. Although other things, such as the chicken wings, are more than slightly expensive, the service is overall very good.The experience was very good with the sales lady who was exceptionally kind and nice, Saba.

As I walked up to the counter, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly demeanor of the staff, especially the manager, whose name I believe is Saba. She exuded professionalism and made the entire process exceptionally smooth.Saba's attentive service added an extra layer of satisfaction to my visit. Her knowledge of the menu and the way she assisted me in making choices was truly commendable. It was evident that she took pride in her role, and it showed in the high-quality service she provided.When our pizza arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The aroma alone was mouthwatering, and the first bite confirmed that it was indeed delicious. The perfect combination of flavors and the freshly baked crust left a lasting impression on our taste buds. My companions and I truly savored every moment and every bite of this delightful meal. This experience at the local branch reaffirmed why we keep coming back for their delectable pizzas.

This is my local branch and they never fail me! Pizza is always delicious, piping hot and arrives quickly. Delivery drivers are always very friendly and polite. I was having a really bad day once so decided to be lazy and order a takeaway and they sent me the most delicious pizza and included stuffed crust for free! It made my day, I could have cried lol. It’s the little things that count at times!! Thank you Pizza Hut Southgate! You have a loyal customer in me :-)
Ordered classic crust without garlic sprinkles and received the classic crust with garlic. Was meant to be one of the special “loaded” pizzas but barely any chicken and the chicken that was present was tiny tiny little pieces, so small I could barely see them. The Robinsons fruit drink I selected was replaced with… wait for it… water! Cookie dough was unfortunately burnt so too hard in places. And they did not supply the ice cream that is meant to comes automatically with the cookie dough… :((((

Me & my Partner decided to order for our dinner, Delivery driver Samir was very nice, polite & delivered our order with care. Food arrived quickly, was fresh & very hot, everything was correct & we were both left happy & satisfied. Would love to have the driver deliver to us again! ?☺️
