Staff need to be trained on hygiene, you can't use the same gloves you take money with to touch food. As soon as you finish making a sandwich and your going to the till remove your gloves. The people at the till somehow always thin its ok to touch the cookies with their gloves when thy clearly have tongs. Do better, I keep having to say change or use gloves, which I shouldn't have to. Other than the staff professionalism has improved. I am giving you a two because of the hygiene issue.

They need to hire staff who actually speak English. While the food itself is tasty and reliable, I don’t think any customer is going put two and two together and think “hee ho hed” is an attempt at them trying to say, “cheese toasted.”

The lady who stands there especially in the mornings needs to learn how to behave kindly to the costumers. She can start by saying ‘good morning’ or ‘hi’ when a costumer goes in the Subway. Being kind or behaving as a human will not kill you strange creature!
