I came here at 17:30 last night to pick up my too good to go order and the store was shut, how ridiculous when the actually store time online is said to close at 6pm! I was absolutely starving and hadn’t eaten all day and now this happened. I’ve worked in hospitality in a long time and I know someone is losing their job when you shut a store early.

After having tried unsuccessfully at another Gregg’s nearby, I arrived to find no vegan products left at this branch either. I was disappointed as I am visiting from abroad and who doesn’t love a sausage roll ?? when visiting! The staff member not only went through the specials, but also offered to freshly bake anything I want, if I was willing to wait 15mins. This was 30mins before closing, so even more impressive that they offered this very high level of service! Both staff members were super friendly and I’ll be back!

I've notice this a couple of times this place closes randomly with out any notice for the public. Would be very helpful if there was some sort of signage for customers inconvenience. Other than that services is good when it's opened.

This Greggs is shambolic. I have never seen this place open. The advertised hours are completely false and no matter what time or day you visit, the shutters are always down. Absolute joke of a franchise.

Good place to have some snacks. The place is clean and well-lit. The food available is good, the portion is good and the quality of the food is very good. The sandwiches are great.The place have good seating place. Staffs are friendly, and orders are quickly served. Great place.
