“The people who work at this Nisa are so lovely and helpful. They take the time to get to know their regular customers and always ask how we are. There’s been a couple of occasions my elderly parents haven’t been able to get out so I’ve ordered a few bits for them from here (on Deliveroo) and if there’s ever anything out of stock, they actually take the time to phone you and go through alternatives - that always blew my mind because anywhere else (in my experience) would just throw in any random alternatives or just refund - these guys actually care, and that’s so rare in this day and age.
