The presentation was beautiful, with a perfectly frothed milk and a delightful dusting of cocoa on top. Was not impressed with the service today 20/09/22 I waited in line for 15 mins for a female employee to look up at me and then carry on tapping away on her laptop while having 3 customers waiting in lineWhen she finally came to the front and I complained the lady who can’t communicate resulting in being rude to me I left and went to the new pret in stoke newington I will not be wasting my time with terrible service
