Awful experience. I waited over an hour for delivery and was constantly getting told the driver was picking up my order immediately, when clearly there was no driver anywhere near the store. They refused to cancel my order because they said it was on the way, it was not. I was then offered a full refund by the shop assistant and the manager. I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted head office who have also done nothing about it. The food arrived cold and the dough was raw in parts. I am NEVER ordering from Papa John’s again. It was a terrible experience. Worst customer service. I spent over £50 on inedible food that I had to wait over an hour to be delivered. Do not recommend.

Waited almost a full hour for my order, it hasn’t arrived. I was lied to multiple time about when the driver would arrive. Asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on. AVOID THIS PLACE.

This restaurant is the worse Papa johns. The stuff are very rude. They will argue their way out of everything. I couldn’t recommend this place to order from. Ordered special garlic sauce, I was sent garlic and herb. When I complained I was told that’s all we have.

Had ordered on the app for collection, got there about 5mins after they had said it was ready for collection, got to the shop and nobody was anywhere to be seen, so I waited, five minutes went past then 10 minutes, so I asked if someone could help me, and they just looked at me and ignored with the only two people working and both of them with their headphones on obviously not listening, when I was finally served it had taken upwards or 25minuted of standing and being ignored, when I finally got the food it was no longer hot, it was just above Luke warm, wouldn’t recommend going there at all anymore this is the second time this has happened to me at the same branch

Worst papa johns chain in London, only bad experiences I’ve ever had with papa johns. Past 4 times I’ve ordered from them they have sent buffalo wings without any sauce at all, checked them this time and the delivery driver tried to argue with me about them having sauce on, literally bone dry plain wings. L/XL pizzas have arrived with a medium pizzas amount of cheese and toppings the past 2 times I have ordered, haven’t even tried to hide it either the crust is just a couple inches wider.All the staff are rude when you call, actually just done with it to be honest. So annoying how you can’t just change the store that you want to order from for delivery because this one is the worst.

I used order Pappa John's regularly, but unfortunately they don't deliver the dips you order and pay for. Multiple times I've selected two or three dips to be included, but instead they only send the disgusting "special garlic" butter type dip that they give for free with things.It's not the cost of the dips, but if you mind having dip or sauce with your pizza, you will need to order from elsewhere.I now only order this every three or four months, and then regret it when I have to eat the dry pizza.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My food was not delivered and i waited over an hour and a half. When I called and attempted to inquire about my order I was met with animosity and frankly quite disgusting attitude. Mid way the phone call was cut , and when called back I was met with a ' what do you want'. This is not very nice to hear as a human being let alone a customer. I do not believe I will purchase something from here again as it has completely put me off. I was told that I would be 'refunded' but upon checking the website it states that my food had been 'delivered'. It is very difficult to locate how to acquire a refund on the website and I would not like to call again in fear of 'what do you want' being said to me. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY.
I ordered a large size and I paid for the large size pizza, and the size looks like a small-medium sized pizza, also, they put way to much sauce, which we didn't want.

The food was horrible! I feel robbed ? cold, tasteless and my drink was missing because, apparently they didn't have stock, still being charged though! Picture below is that of the cheesy bacon potatoes!Ordered wing and popper was sent x2 wings. Waste of money

OK pizza but not worth the money, very stingey with the toppings, hardly ever no sweetcorn, onion or Peppers on my pizza when ordered. Sides always taste awful. Looking for a different pizza delivery from now on.

The food was horrible! I feel robbed ? cold, tasteless and my drink was missing because, apparently they didn't have stock, still being charged though! Picture below is that of the cheesy bacon potatoes!Ordered wing and popper was sent x2 wings. Waste of money

Used to order here all the time, they stopped doing feta as a topping so I went less often... Tried to go here again recently & they said they were closed even though we ordered 30mins before they closed on Google. Was only going coz our oven broke, smh.
