Great place to grab a coffee. Staff are really friendly. Coffee is good. I got a flat white here the first time and then an espresso frappe type drink which was great.

I always come here lunch time, coffee is the best area if you like strong one but they always adjust if you want to have lighter. Very Friendly staff, but quite noisy when staff cleaning the clutters , empty machines etc. and one thing is matters all air cons in full, I’m sorry but not very comfortable to sit there on a rainy day, It’s quite chilly.

My husband is a frequent customer, goes there at-least 4-5 times a week. The male barista (tall, dark brown hair and beard) knows this and see’s him all the time. Today i got him a cup of coffee that ended up getting cold rather quickly after I had left, and when we both went back and kindly asked if he could re-make the coffee (since he is a frequent customer) he refused and said he would not. Now, we both know he is not obligated to make it again for us, however since he sees my husband so often and even knows his order we thought as a one-time thing he would allow it. We didn’t like his attitude (it was very dismissive) and we won’t be returning again because of it. Its one thing to be in the right, and it’s entirely another thing to maintain good customer relations, which I don’t think this guy knows how to do.

This place needs renovation, new sofas, toilets, flooring etc. Costa up the road is much cleaner and comfortable. Nero mobile app is however very good.

One barista is so rude and unwelcoming. I come here almost everyday and I constantly get a cold approach from her, I have also heard her argue with other members of the staff very loudly while many customers are around (it was very uncomfortable) .The reason I come every day is because its the best coffee in stanmore however.

honestly the blonde cashier was quite rude. She refused to make two drinks even though on the menu it said that they can be customized. then an another item was out of stock. She had an attitude and seemed like she didn't wanna be there, no customer service skills whatsoever
