Hello I'm regular customer unfortunately last time when I went to Stanmore Costa coffee I saw one new worker there and she was so rude I bought I hoot chocolate and she made hoot water when I said can you please make my hoot chocolate sweet she said so rudely put sugar in your hoot chocolates and she said some words which I can't write here and she came close to me I feel unsafe I said ok can I have my refund she doesn't have experience she said we don't give you refund. I'm waiting to the manager urgent decision about this worker and also you can check the cameras on Saturday 17 /06/2023 at 5:30 pm Thanks.

The young lady managed to find me the oat milk when one of staff said there is no oat milk without checking the stock. I’m giving 3 star due to the effort from young lady.

Very nice place for coffee. Very clean & spacious.Vegetarian options: Vegetraian sandwiches. Mushroom & cheese breakfast bap.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly. There was a group if mums with their toddlers there.Parking: Can park in Sainsbury car park upto 90 mins free.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space for wheelchairs.

Your Website says you close at 6.30 pm but the young girl behind the counter was very rude and asked us to leave at 5 pm. We were still finishing our coffee and she went and stood at the door and told us she wanted to close!

This 1* is for the OWNERS OF THIS STORE - A/C not working for so long you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing your staff to work in such temperatures and also let the customers suffer. Absolutely pathetic. There is also 1 rude blonde worker as someone else has mentioned.

Shambolic customer service!! Stood in there 5 min ignored by 2 team that could not cope with one customer before me.Get your act together!! Funny to see that they have a customer feedback poster by the till!
Quite a large branch even though it looks small from the outside. Few tables outside but a bit noisy with traffic going by. Not much choice of food stuff. Could be made into a really good quality branch with a little bit more organisation.

I used to be a daily customer but since they changed their plant milks to a disgusting coca cola brand I know longer go. I've tried both the soya and coconut and both are vile and make me feel nauseaus. I've complained to customer services but clearly money is more important to them than loyalty. Thank goodness cafe Nero and Starbucks still use Alpro milks.
