Please improve your delivery service and don’t leave customers waiting for almost one hour before informing them that you cannot fulfill an order!

Placed an order for delivery on the website, I called straight away for a special request but no one answered the phone. I called 13 times in total yet still no answer. It isn’t that difficult! The pizza came barely cooked on top with loads of missing cheese. Awful

Service is very bad and behaviour of staff is very rude, we ordered our food and waiting for it inside store then one of staff member said us that why you laughing inside store go outside and wait for your order, so we said them why you behave like rude we just chilling our personal matter and then he shouted on us, we are embarrassed by him we fill resist and get upset with his behaviour.

Placed order and payment went thru. Got a call stating that my order will be cancelled, as they are closed( well trained staff, forgot to close the app). Assured that a refund will be made. Called a week after to confirm the refund, whoever was in charge had a hard time finding my order (I highly doubt he even found it) and said that a refund will be made. Over 2 weeks past by, no refund and no sign of any on the way. Never again!

Service was quite poor, they stated 29-34 minutes delivery, it was over an hour before it arrived. The delivery driver was lost which contributed to the delay, and a serious language barrier resulted in myself trying to get through to someone at Dominos to relay to the driver how to get to the address.The food was still warm as luckily I dont live too far away from the branch. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

I was ordering and the guy who taking an order his on a phone I need to repeat my order twice and when I asked after a 10 min does my order ready then he behaved rude and tell me I told u for 15 minutes very disappointed

I am coeliac-gluten free diet, I have had really good previous experiences with domino's, Stanmore, the pizza is not pre cut, gf sticker on box and it comes on baking paper to show it has been cooked separately. It has been my safe go to! However, today I ordered a pepperoni pizza and when I opened the box I noticed it did not look gf. I rang them and they persisted it was and explained they had a new supplier (I hoped they were right because it looked so normal!!). I was sure it wasn't, so I persisted to explain that I didn't feel safe to eat it. They then, kindly, sent me another pizza. It was then clear the original pizza was not gf and the new one sent was (the gf is much thinner and less doughy). Domino's did sort me out, this review is more to raise awareness to those new to being coeliac, as if I didn't have the gf from Domino's before I would have ate it!
