Dine in was closed. There is a seating area which was sealed shut but the bk app showed that dine in was open. There was no spot to eat the food and had to sit in the public bench to eat it. The food was ready quickly. Average experience.

Food was like any other Burgerking. Service was Bang on generic. The only thing going for this place is the seating upstairs. Great view of Stratford Bus station, lots of seating and clean atmosphere.

It was Sunday around 6pm ordered in self machine chosen eat in then person said to me I can’t seat because dine in is closed, I said why you did not close it your system that I could not order then I asked for refund because I was really tried and I want to seat and eat but maneger told he can not refund because food was ready he was ignoring me and did not gave me any attention as I’m his customer. He was in run to close but taking payment from me but not giving any importance at all. Always when I go to this shop they are really rode, and customers careless, even my family told me same thing so I hope we’ll never go back there again, because of staff behaviour.

I ordered 2 burgers asked for extra tomato in both and in one of the burgers there was only 1, considering other items were taken out it should have been added. I went to eat and it was Luke warm to cold, I requested a fresh one and to my surprise they probably popped it in the microwave and gave it back I knew simply because I had taken a bite out of one of them and received the same one ?irritating.

Firstly i want to share my experience that i didnt feeled that i am in stratford it made me feel like i am in whitechapel as all the people working there are from ‘BANGLADESH’ and they were talking in their own language with each other including the managers too and more over the worst service i have ever seen,no one there at the till to serve busy with their personal talks and after long wait had to go to the kiosk as one guy whome i suppose to be the manager which was involved in some serious conversation and i disturbed him.The food was cold and i dont know about the fries didnt know since when it has been there which was very bad in taste and the drinks didnt taste good at all no flavours no fizzy. I havent seen any other people working there it should be a mixed one like we see in other fast food restaurants this is like a Bangladesh Burger King and more over this place sounded more like racism against all other country people better hire some other staff too except all the asian people and please dont use your own language in front of people as they might think you are telling about them.

I think staff should know how to answer the customers over the phone before they come to conclusion. They should be pretty much trained to listen or else if they cant understand need to ask the message to be repeat.

I seldom eat this kind of 'food', but I having had no dinner before theatre, I needed something fast at 10:45pm before I started my 1 hrs 15 min trip home.I selected the smallest burger that would saciate me, I believe it was called a 'Bacon double cheese burger'. I'm not sure how the menu make these things look like generous portions, butI received a minuscule burger with a slice of cold congealed bacon and synthetic cheese. Yes cold congealed bacon - who does that???My stomach stomach angels positively screamed an alarm of the consequences of consuming this effigy of 'food', but I was hungry and ate it within 2 minutes.This poor offer had already turned to an industrial sludge at the top of my stomach. Predictably, I had indigestion until late afternoon of the following day. I meant to complain to Burger Kind and just never got round to it.What on earth are young people putting into their growing bodies and brains on an industrial scale. I'm really very concerned.This was something, but I wouldn't call it food. Then I got to thinking about the costs and energy around taking actual produce and producing this 'stuff' at the other end. Seems bonkers to me.JUST NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. BEST TO GO HUNGARY!!!

Hi. I had the worst experience with Burger King! Especially with one of their staff Asir Rahman! I learnt his name very carefully! I’m totally disappointed with him! Rude and unfriendly! I’m gonna ask to all my friends to don’t visit this branch anymore! Situation:— Busy time, instead of doing his job faster he’s talking with his friends in his own language that I didn’t understand, and when I complained about it, when I asked him to pay attention to work he said if I don’t want to wait he can give me refund and I’m free to go! What the hell? Who can explain me how they hired this guy to this Job?
