Lawless place. There are 4 people working, the moment they have 3 customers they loose it. I have to remind everyone on the line that I am actually waiting for a drink and what it is.

Popped in for a flat white with extra shot early morning before work.Service was good, coffee was well prepared, the coffee shop was clean and presentable.Deducted one star as there were no artificial sweeteners available, and the staff offered no reason.

Very annoying that you can never get what you order. The coffees don't taste like coffee but milk and the frappes or milkshakes don't get enough syrop or other ingredients.You can't rell the customer service anything because as soon as you they roll their eyes and talk to themselves walking away from you, specially the guy who work there,he has zero customer service training.I do not recommend that place and I have started spe ding my mo ey to buy coffee elsewhere.

Worst place to go ever, I’m pregnant and they refuse to let me use the toilet when the shopping centre ones where close.Very rude manager and poor communication.I don’t recommend this place
Doors were locked before the closing time advertised. I came at 4:25pm and the staff told me they’re closed even though it was advertised on their door and online it shuts at 5pm. Not happy, travelled there for that.

Bad experience as I walked 15 minutes to this costa only to find they were already closed at 18.40. Even at the door the timing is till 19.00.Update the opening hours or stick to them. Dont mislead the customers
