“Forgot to bring my half my order to my table, and even after asking waiters twice no one came to my table for over 15mins. Had to go to the till myself to get the remainder of my food - it had been sitting there the whole time, food was cold, couldn't be bothered complaining as I was in a rush and came for a quick meal. This isn't my usual nandos experience, hence still a 4 star, but you guys can't be ignoring or forgetting about customers.”

“My food was hot, tasty, mouthwatering, fresh, delicious, great fish burger and good apple pie. My friend said that chip was not fresh but cheese burger was okay. Another person found the food good. The store is huge, modern, creative, bright, noisy, cramped, clean but can be cleaner and organised but can be better at organising. The staff are attentive, friendly, punctual, well mannered, professional, understanding and respectful. The food and drink cost £7.20 which is reasonable. I have been here today with friend and another person although I got quick service the ground floor but friend has waited for the food for 15 minutes by then food got warm. If you come make sure you come here when it is not busy but if you do come when busy then you may wait longer for food. Overall it is a popular food chain in UK.”
