I visited this place with my friend for dinner on a weekday. The food was terrible, I ordered their og burger with chicken however the bun was rock hard and had to get it replaced. Even then it was just a bit warmer but still too dry. Also the new signature menu item was apparently unavailable as they had no garlic bread which was a bummer. The seating offered to us in the beginning was next to toilets or some entry way which was very cramped and the staff kept bumping in my seat as I was sitting at the table. I believe the table number was 1. Although after complaining the server changed our seat as the restaurant was pretty empty , But then why sit us at such stupid table in the first place.

The manager, helped us when the food wasn’t processed properly , she helped us order it at the counter and provided excellent customer service and the food was also amazing 10/10

When to try the new Saka sauce. We had Zee take us to our table and said if we needed anything to speak with him. Zee has great customer service and is very attentive. I will definitely be coming back to dine again.

Food was good but bit expensive. Customers service was very good. However, from front door to waiting area is very tiny. Sometimes uncomfortable to walk.Kid-friendliness: I did struggle to keep my kids push chair in a safe area.

This is my 6ths time in nandos stratford, and everytime me and my family come back is because the food is amazing and the staff are amazing, but the service you get in the branch from a guy called ZEE. What an absolute amazing and respectful this guy is, the way he welcomes you to the time you leave, he makes sure your food and if you need anything he will make sure you get the best experience in stratford Nandos , credit were is due, we thought honesty he was the manager but then found out he was front door staff, definitely makes sense why he at the door as this guy has great welcome, he needs to be recognised for his hard work, hopefully we see him as the future manager here, ?

Yesterday we waited 40 mins for the table but I saw there were 2 or 3 tables free but they didn't give us the table and then waited for order after 35 mins the guy told me they don't have a whole chicken...such a rabies service...the workers look like they are not here for work....Nandos Stratford needs to change this

Had a very poor experience at this Nandos. 4 of the 6 main courses had to be sent back as the food was cold. The waiter then told us that the manager had agreed to allow us have desserts to compensate. Then 2 waitresses came out to us with a dessert tart each. We said we didn't want them that the agreement we were given was a dessert each. We asked for the manager who came down & said the waiter had given us incorrect information, that he had said we could have a tart each. He continued on to say that the staff are all college students who don't necessarily take on board the Nando ethos as it's just a job to them. It was a very poor & unsatisfactory experience

Too busy, waited for ages, left as I was digesting my own stomach lining. Staff were rude, non personable, too busy to care. Such a shame, a shopping trip should / could conclude with a bite to eat, maybe Nandos need to work on a faster turnaround for customers?

As a disabled person i expected better. Asked for a table with wheelchair accessibility we were shown to a regular table. We were puzzled. She did not move chairs to make space for wheelchair she asked if she should move chairs.my response how are we to eat can you move chairs.They do not cater for those in a wheelchair. A request was made to place order from the table. The lady came over, poor English made it clear being in a wheelchair does mean she should serve. We were told to make our way to the till or use qr code. Question: what happens if you need to ask a question as we did? What if you do not have a smart phone in addition remember everybody's level of understanding differs. The space in Nandos Stratford by Morrisons has no space for wheelchairs neither do staff show understanding. Nandos staff do not acknowledge those with disabilities, the service poor, staff are discriminatory with no empathy. To be patronised about placing an order is a disgrace..
