Came in and asked for a dry cappuccino. She asked if I wanted single or double shot?? I repeated “dry cappuccino”, she looked confused. I explained “more foam than milk”, she replied “I don’t know about that” while looking back at the machine. I told her I’d go somewhere else (don’t want a bad coffee) and she agreed!!! I left this incompetent staff. She doesn’t know her job. I miss the previous petite blonde, she made excellent coffee. I won’t return to Ergon ever until they change the staff. It’s not the first time this one misses. And her attitude is wrong too.

Just ordered a flat white from this place in Westfield Stratford. The barista/server started the process of making it. I alerted her to the fact it was spilling over. She reacted by nudging it into proper place.I thought she might start the process over but no. So I was given a coffee with less than the proper amount of coffee in it as well as a cup that was wet with coffee on the outside (which she didn’t even bother to wipe dry).I had to ask for a napkin which she gave me by passing it over her shoulder. This is simply terrible customer service. So I won’t go again.I’d advise you not to, also. They’re rude.

Monday morning. The blonde women was rude . Not at all helpful. We took two freedom espresso and two cheese pies. The cheese pies was very oily. I’m Greek and that pie is not similar with Greek cheese pies.

Beware overcharging - a sandwich was displayed as being £6 but they charged me £7.50 for it because "the sign is wrong." The sandwich wasn't great.

Visited on Saturday 14th October. Only one lady working and was doing a great job of serving a very large queue. Hot chocolate and cappuccino were both amazing. High quality ingredients and at a great price. Love the aesthetic!

Had a halloumi pesto pita which was delicious plus some lovely Greek coffee - by far the best in WestfieldLoads of little deli style dips, oils, jams etc for sale as well

Very average coffee, better off going somewhere else for a strong and tasty cup

Chicken pie, bougatsa (custard pie) and their apple, carrot and ginger fresh juice are nice.

I absolutely love their pies, I wish they would have more especially on the weekends!

This place offers a decent shopping experience with average prices, but there is room for improvement. While their product range is satisfactory, the quality of their coffee leaves much to be desired. It falls short of expectations for a shop like this, and they should consider enhancing the coffee's taste and overall quality. The ambiance is pleasant, and the staff is friendly, but the focus on improving their coffee would greatly enhance the overall experience.
