Customer service was impatient and rude. By time I got my order my toasted sandwich was somehow cold. I made a simple request to have my additional receipt with my rewards code and the staff ignored me.

Not too bad as Subways go. Not a 5 because there can be a lack of consistency with the quality of the subs and even service. Would be great to see Subway bring back a pork option too, turkey sausage and rashers don't cut it.

Apparently I wasn't allowed salad on my sandwich ? and refused to put ANY on... not even salt and pepper. Train your staff in customer service.

The food was warm, meaty, okay, pleasant, edible, well portioned, reminded me of the American taste, smelled great but messy. The store was small, clean, tidy, modern, bright and vibrant. The staff are polite, friendly, kind, friendly, honest, attentive, respectful,responsive but chaotic and slow . The price for custom sub with tango and big cheese steak with Pepsi for £14.26 which is okay but can be cheaper little bit but overall it is okay. I have been today the food is okay but if you want better Subways with better food and service then go to Westfield Centre at Stratford.

Worst subway experience of my life. Will definitely not be returning here again. Staff got my order wrong. Just started assuming toppings I’d want and when challenged about this they told me it’s gonna be extra to get my own toppings (salad). I agreed to it as I was just wanted to leave and after that was done when it was time to wrap up my sub half the salad had fallen out the sub and onto the paper. I had politely asked the staff to just put it back in and then wrap the sub so that it’s not a mess and the salad is actually in my sub and not a separate meal. Staff proceeded to ignore my request until I had asked the 3rd time. After that he just decided to throw the sub in the bin and make a new one. Biggest waste of food as I had no problems with it I just wanted my sub to be in one piece. Staff were aggressive when challenged and the manager was no use also. Second sub they had made for me bread was as hard as a rock. Thought my teeth would break before the sub. Wanted to go back and show them but decided it would be no use due to the level of incompetence of the staff and I will be taking this up with higher leadership as staff need serious training on basic customer service and food preparation. I will make sure to NEVER eat at this subway again in my life. My foot long wasn’t even cut in half. 0 stars if I could.

I came here to take some lunch back to work a few days ago, when arriving I was met by 3 staff members who didnt have a clue about customer service, 2 were fiddling with phones.I was asked to pay for my meal before the cheese had even been toasted on my BMT Sub (it was not a Sub Serie Sandwich).The store was dirty and there were two flies buzzing around the prep area, the employees didnt seem to be bothered by this or the fact that there were no napkins and only a few dusty old bent up straws available.When I returned to the office, I found that they had forgot to pack my Meatball bowl and wrote a letter of complaint demanding a refund on the Meatball bowl I never received at the very minimum, for such a horrific experience.A customer service department rep named Jahungir Khan responded "apologising" for my bad experience and stating "Subway aims to exceed customer expectations"I then explained that I demanded a refund for the meatballs I had paid for and not received he only responded to "apologise" that I felt robbed and insulted. He then stated "Sub Series products are pre-set with salads and sauce for that particular Sub Serie Sandwich. Also, staff will offer options of cookie and crisps, unless a product ordered by customer is not available."What in cold hell is this supposed to mean? I asked for a refund for the meatball bowl I paid for and didnt receive! Why do Subway hire such superfluous employees?I will never attend a Subway branch again

I have visited the subway around 2.30 and left a coat on the chair. Unfortunately I forgot to take the red coat but when I remembered I have called several times on the subway shopping centre contact but no one was picking it up. Then when I came the person who threw my jacket away said that they threw the red coat in the trash inside subway. It was very bad and unprofessional to see that a member of staff had threw a customers jacket in the bin without even waiting and also did not even find it necessary to apologies. This is very disappointing from member of staff in the Subway Westfield. It was an Asian guy most likely who was working until 9pm . This would not be acceptable for any customers at all .

Im sendwich artist in subway up now no charge for marinara sauce i know system as well as part of subway there is not like thik and one of your employees charge fir that is was not good to be .Another thing there is not hygiene was there was all things was cross contamination was there in salsa souce as a vegetarian me and another not prepared to do this . Be hygiene ???

Your staff told me at 8.35 pm on date 13-8-2023 this store is closed you can not see and your staff show me at your timing duration which you stick on your main gate. I saw your main gate sticker and it should be 9 pm. So how your staff told me it’s closed. I have proof for timing. It’s bad service for customer and I have proof to show you manger for sub way. This is my 3 rd time that’s why I complained you and your staff. Please do needfully and revert my all quarries please. I am waiting your reply

The service was absolutely terrible, the staff were all rude as anything, didn't even cut the sub in half, girl at the till didn't even talk when putting my meal through, sandwich cold and horrible, disgraceful
