Had an issue with my order on 12/01 which resulting in missing my train. However I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Gary in resolving the issue. Things will and do go wrong at times in business but what counts is how you resolve it for you customers. Great job Dominos Tolworth.

Disgraceful service. Wrong food sent, claimed they tried to contact us when they clearly hadn’t and the driver called lost, and took a further 30 minutes to find us (our house is 200 yards from the store). Refusal to refund for poor quality food and awful service. Would not recommend any less.

I love how dominos gives you the option to tip the driver, yet they charge a delivery fee. How about you give the delivery fee to the driver!!!

Ordered recently from this branch. Food arrived cold. Watched the "tracker" and it appeared the driver was driving to any address he could find..other than mine. Seems they do multiple drops...and if you happen to be the last of 4 drops...expect ice cold food. Could not even be bothered to complain direct to the store, as its the 2nd time its happened. Instead I will just never order from them again, and I suggest you do the same.

Day before yesterday visited Domino's Tolworth. Pizza made by Sid and service given by him with a smiling face was really appreciated. Pizza had a perfect crust. Really enjoyed. Thank you ?
