Went into Greg's in Surbiton to claim my free slice of pizza and buy a coffee. Despite being the only person in there I was left waiting for service. Once I was being served I couldn't understand/hear what the server was saying. Food nice. Coffee niceWon't bother in future.. plenty of good places in Surbiton

I went to this Surbiton branch today and had a piping hot steak bake. It must be my lucky day as reading most comments mentioned their ones are cold. Mine tasted great and moreish, baked with the perfect golden crust, the store look clean on a Saturday afternoon too which I am impressed to write a review. I will return and get other bakery goods! Best Greggs I had so far :)

Horrible customer service. Paid for a chicken bake and steak bake and sauce. he came back saying they are out of chicken bakes. Didnt want to give me a refund. Asked if i want another bake instead. I was in a hurry so i said fine give me a steak bake and then he didnt give me my sauce or refund it. Worst experience ever

Walked up to counter there was 1 customer being served I was told by the assistant he was serving someone and I would have a long wait. Shop was empty other than 1 guy picking a sandwich. LAZY

Went here with my family this morning, hardly anything on offer and was only 11.30am. Ordered 2 cheese and onion bakes wich were mushy and stone cold, got 1 chicken steak bake aswell wich was also cold and found a bone in it aswell. Put me of greggs entirely.

Worst food I’ve ever tried. Literally, the people in the kitchen can’t cook the bacon properly. They undercooked it so bad I couldn’t eat my food because it was obvious you’d get sick. Absolute crackheads must be working in there, or some shockingly bad sighted people who can’t tell cooked from uncooked food. Mentalists. It was also cold ahaha, couldn’t have made it up! I hope the staff all eat the food and get really really really sick, especially whoever made mine, I hope they loose their job , because what a div you are
