I just got my iced pistachio latte here while waiting for the train as I thought it is much more convenient as the shop is just at the platform. I was really disappointed with the drink I got it doesn’t look nor tasted like pistachio latte. It is just plain iced latte. I find this extremely disappointing. I was not able to get back as the shop is becoming busy and I might miss my train. I always get my pistachio latte at the Nero outside the station and there has never been an issue. Not coming here again I don’t think they know how to make it ??\\u200d♀️. The only nice thing was the lady at the till was really friendly. That’s all.

Hi everyone, I would like to leave a review about coffee in Nero, which should NOT be taken. I really liked their new Pistachio Latte and always had it with oat milk. It costs £4.25. But this morning they didn't have pistachio syrup and I decided to get a coconut caramel latte and was disappointed. They made me coffee in a smaller takeaway cup than usual. Although I only paid 5 pence less. The coffee tasted awfully sweet. It seemed as if I was drinking the syrup itself.I like this Nero on Surbiton. It's not far for me to walk and the staff is usually polite and the coffee is delicious. But it disappointed me.

never eaten in, but did order from here. my partners coffee arrived half full and tasting of absolutely nothing. my drink was bitter and horrible, even though i had asked for sugar. disappointed, we hoped that the brownies we had ordered would at least be nice- they sent us the wrong one, with no warning! overall, very disappointed, coffee undrinkable and the total wrong bakery item. at least the bakery item was good, that's what the 2 stars are for.

Dirty untidy tables & surroundings, spilt coffee on floor,asked for extra hot coffee got warm, it seems like the barista's don't really hear your requests, not been a pleasure sitting in these surroundings, remember to wipe your feet on the way out!

Thank you to the two Nero staff who served me just before hopping onto the 16.50 to London Waterloo just now (16/12/22) You cheered me up after a challenging day and my cinnamon latte is delicious. A fabulous start to a much needed break! You were kind, friendly and speedy ! Wishing you a lovely festive period x

Distracted barista who forgot to make the coffee I ordered, didn’t know how to take payment and caused me to miss my train. She admitted she didn’t make my coffee correctly and then laughed when I told her I was now late for a funeral. It is a shame as usually the staff here are very good.
Was there today around 12. The trainee lady made one of the nicest drink (black forest mocha) I ever had at nero and was very nice despite how busy it was. Kudos for the two staff member for handling such a busy afternoon and to be as polite and kind as they were.

Absolutely disgusting! The place needs a serious clean!! behind the counter was so dirty I felt sick looking at it! Old mess and not from 2 hours of the place being open on a Sunday morning !! The manager should be ashamed. Wow shocking shocking :(

The staff were friendly but rushed off their feet. The toilet was absolutely disgusting. The seat and toilets was filthy. The toilet roll holder was broken with the roll on the floor. The soap dispenser was broken so no soap, not even hand sanitizer. Really not good enough. That's why I gave it one star.
