Everything was ready on time and the pizzas were delicious…the staff even helped me carry them to the car…great service..I’ll definitely use them again.Dietary restrictions: I ordered a gluten free pizza which was great

On Google Maps, their opening hours state that they close at midnight. The door was open, walked in at 23:01 and was greeted by an employee who had his hands in his pants, looked he didn’t have a care in the world and I was told that they are closed. Terrible service.

At this branch the pizza was good. I added extra cheese as I had quite a few big toppings with the Chicken Club pizza I ordered. So - I needed enough Mozzarella to cover the slices. The UK versions do not have the saucy American style that defined them. That’s difficult to recreate. We are living in a different era and country now.The pizza isn’t oily - the toppings are cooked and taste as it should do. The medium is a good size for me - I usually eat a few slices then save the rest for the following day. It is still edible for me to do this.The potato tots remind me of when we used to sell potato crunchies in this part of the globe. I ordered the bacon and cheese - I‘ve been trying to lesson the red meat in my diet - so this was a one off - personally I didn’t really like it with the bacon - therefore with my next purchase a few weeks later I bought tots with 4 cheese. That was better. However, the cheese tasted a bit caramelised in a very milky way - clearly it’s cheese - so it’s not unheard of it being ‘milky’, but with cheesy dishes at take outs there is more of a heated salty touch to it. With these tots and 4 cheese it was more ‘milky’ - which I didn’t really like.With these cheese inflicted tots haha - you have to expect it to be mashy as everything is hot and melted. Tots are like Hash Browns in the way they can break apart with the culmination of potato parts making it what it is as a whole tater.Overall - I enjoyed my meal and will order again if the time feels right. The Vegan Works....so much salt that its unpleasant & the vegan cheese was so gloopy and not very nice. The fake meats weren't too bad and the base was ok..

Lovely pizza. We come here monthly. Tony was super great at helping me correct a mistake with my order. I'll come back just down to how good he was and how friendly. Top gentleman.

A fully vegetarian order was placed. A philly mushroom pappadia was delivered containing steak. I do not eat steak!Due to a pappadia being a closed pizza, I just bit into it, only to then feel a weird texture in my mouth..to spit it out and find out its steak!. This goes against all my religious beliefs! The manager of the store was unapologetic, and took no accountability, but instead said that I must contact ubereats directly. This was not a matter of getting £6 back, it is something much deeper than that. They have completely crossed the line with vegetarian and non-vegetarian . Absolutely disgusted and will never be ordering from Papa John's ever again! They cannot be trusted!

Never ever had issues with past orders, expect today, a wrong pizza was delivered, phoned the store the guy on the phone instantly knew the issue and offered to have my pizza remade and throw in a dessert, was delivered 15 minutes later hot out of the oven, Fantastic response to my issue and customer service! ? it's not bad weird manager who cant deal with the heat in the kitchen but majoritively good kids working there with good ingredients . sadly if you have a herbies pizza near you this is a very far second .otherwise good .

Took so long I had to call and cancel it. Pizza left waiting for delivery for this long would be of unacceptable quality. The worst part is they will hang up on you and not answer calls, I could have collected if they answered promptly. Eventually they did and a very unhappy sounding person said I will be refunded in 2-3 days. For some reason the delivery man called about 20 mins later that he was outside and had to be sent away. Strange experience. Best order in the quiet times or collect!!!
